It was too heavy for a small dog. I do not use it at all.

Hey, Danny - We're sorry to hear that our harness did not work out for you. We definitely recommend a snug fit, only about a finger width of space beneath each strap to keep even the little escape artists secure. Please also keep in mind that we offer returns for up to 60 days after an order is received if you are not happy with your purchase. You can start that process directly on our site here: https://joyrideharness.com/a/returns

Expensive. Hard to put on the dog without getting dog’s hair caught in it. Dog could get his jaws around it & chew it no matter how much we fussed with the fit. He has destroyed 2 & refuses to wear the one we bought to replace those. Terrible investment. I can not recommend.

Did not fit and after numerous contacts were not answered I just gave up. Extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. Extremely disappointed and paid good money for something I could not use.

Purchased a Medium since website said for 40 lbs and above. Regretfully, my 2.5 yr old, 44lb Golden was diagnosed with mast cell cancer immediately after ordering the harness. She required surgery for a tumor under her front right ‘armpit’ followed by 21 rounds of radiation. Because a the surgery & horrible radiation burns it was months before we could use the harness. When we went to use it the first time it was swimming on her! She was 40lbs, which is the cut off for the medium harness, but it was huge on her. I phoned customer service explaining the situation and asking if I could exchange the harness for a size small. (Remember, I had yet to use it.) However, they denied my request because it was not within a six-month time period. The harness was the least of my concerns during that time! I am deeply disappointed & cannot recommend this company.

Harness fell apart . Handles , clips pulled off . I bought two and both are in the same condition . Two different dogs also ...I called customer service and they were going to feel with it . Never heard from them again . Called a few times .Not worth the time or effort to deal with anymore ...
