Perhaps it works on many dogs but for my Bloodhound it was a waste of my money. Construction is good.

Had the harness about 1 1/2 years dog did not wear it every day maybe about 1/2 of the time the D ring ripped off due to the fact it was not sewed on properly it only had a single row of stitches should have been double or triple row of stitches anyway I was left holding a leash with no dog thank god he didn't realize it and I was able to grab him a very large Doberman anyway company refused to repair, pay for repair, or replace harness said that it was beyond their 1 year guarantee even though it was defective. They state its the last harness you'll ever have to buy, they forgot to add as long as nothing goes wrong within a year

Really lousy service. The order didn’t ship until 2weeks after I checked see where it was. I would leave zero stars if possible.

Hi, Terrence, I am very sorry for your experience. Just to give an idea of the complete shipping time. From placing the order to receiving. We checked with our warehouse and shipping team on shipping times. Placing an order and processing takes 2-3 days to wrap up. Then we ask to allow 7-10 business days for the new, shiny order to be delivered. Depending on USPS and weekends and/ or Holidays. Sometimes it is longer. I apologize if your order took longer than expected. We do appreciate the feedback. We will work on the shipping and processing time.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with this company. It’s a shame because I loved product but will never order from them again. Place an order for 2 harnesses one was gift for sisters new puppy. Over a month later I received the harness. Never again.

I love the harness. It doesn't choke my pug and I feel she is safe when I walk her. She tends to want to chase cars and she can't get out of this one. My order #292623. Thank you. Very poor customer service!! Ordered wrong size and called next morning and they said they couldn't change so sent me wrong one anyway so I sent it back and they charged me for shipping instead of trying to make it right!! Poor Business!!!!
