Harness nylon doesn’t give firm fit so…not satisfied
Harness nylon doesn’t give firm fit so it loosens up. I had to use a binder clip to make it stay fit. My dog slipped out of t he harness a few times as well. The company refuses to return my phone calls or electronic inquiry.

CLAIMS to be strong...NOT. My lil boy pulled out and broke the latching buckle the second time out...

Can't use this in my car unless dog is…
Can't use this in my car unless dog is in frontseat. The clip won't engage in the seatbelt reciever. Don't want him in front seat !

Hi Mildred, So sorry this didn't work for you. Those are universal although mine didn't work in the middle clip. But when i put her on the left or right side it took. Have you tried this? If you need more help can you write in to [email protected]

Poor Customer Service
I was very disappointed with customer service. I ordered 2 harnesses. They didn’t fit well. My chihuahua had a broad chest so I thought I’d get a small. Anyway, story aside, I left Facebook messages emails and voicemails and never heard from them. When I finally received an email response, my time to return had lapsed and they did nothing. Will not do business with them again.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. I had to jump through hoops to get someone in this company to communicate with me. I will never make a purchase from this company again. I mailed a collar back to make an exchange. By the time they got around to answering the multiple emails I sent inquiring about what was happening, the tracking number was no longer good. My information prior to that (which I shared with the company) showed that the collar had arrived at its destination. They said they never received it. The company did nothing to work with me and send me a replacement. Terrible customer service!

Very bad experience!
I ordered a harness for my dog. When I received it was way too big because he was a puppy of the time. Well several months old. I I returned it for the next smallest size by the time I got it just fit so I tried to return it for the next size since I had already returned it twice I tried putting in the order number but it wouldn't let me. They kept telling me to re-enter the same number, but to no avail. I love the harness but it is just sitting in a drawer because I never got another one. I will never buy from your company again!
