I can’t get any information from this company , except for one email asking if I have received my harness. The answer is NO . I ordered it April 2nd and this is April 21st. They will not confirm if I am ever going to receive the harness, nor will they acknowledge if they will or have cancelled my order which I asked for yesterday. Beware of this company they have no customer service whatsoever. Go to Amazon , as I wish I had. Michael H.

I ordered from this company April 6, received tracking number April 9, and I have not received my package. As the other reviewers have stated, I have reached out in numerous ways in numerous formats and have received no contact from the company. I have reported to the BBB.

Placed my order April 7 received tracking number couple days later it’s April 21 tried tracking # it still says pending tried messaging them no response what a scam

Never received order, ignore emails. Lie and say it has shipped and you check Fedex and it never shipped. Total scam. Already contacted my bank to dispute the charge. This was after paying for expedited processing and calling to find out how long it would be and that I needed the harness to bring a dog into the Nursing Home where I work since Pet Therapy isn't allowed, visitors aren't allowed and they need some diversion. I found something else to use, not what I was looking for but I am making due. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY A TOTAL SCAM.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wish I would have read other reviews before ordering. I ordered a harness for my pup on April 5 and received an email on the 7th that it had shipped. I checked the tracking a few days later to see where it was and it told me that it was in the middle of Kansas. Weird since they claim to be in California and I live in Washington state. Checked 2 days later and the package claims to still be in Kansas. As of today, 2 weeks after it "shipped" it is still in Kansas. I tried entering the tracking number on Fed Ex's website to see if it was different and guess what!? It's not a legit tracking number so who knows if they even shipped the product. I have tried to contact them via email, messaged them on their site, called them ("please refer to our website") and attempted to chat (link goes nowhere). I even tried messaging them through Facebook. I get no response. At this point I just want my money back and have already ordered a different harness from a different site. I will also be reporting them to the BBB as it appears several others have done. Don't order from this company. I questions whether they even have any product to sell but they sure enjoyed taking my money!

Disgusted with the lack of customer service. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, had to DM them through Instagram in order to receive a tracking number and the number has since been "pending". I will be contesting the charge if they don't issue a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They took my money April 6 and they won’t respond to any emails, Facebook comments,messages, texts and have no chat that they refer you to and will not talk on their phone. There are similar complaints on Facebook. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company!! You’ll avoid a lot of lies and headaches!!

Surprise surprise NO PRODUCT ...another customer with an order made and not received. I ordered on 4/6 and now it is 4/20 and no harness. The FEDEX has show "pending" since 4/9 and that a label was created. Nothing else. Live Chat on their website doesn't actually work for them and is outsourced. There is NO OTHER WAY to make contact with this company. Facebook comments on their page--no response. DM on Facebook. No response. No phone numbers. Email response was ...just keep waiting. I have requested a refund. DOES ANYONE have a direct phone # to this company?
