Ordered 4/7. Money was processed 4/9. They are impossible to contact. They delete negative comments on Facebook. Horrible company. I am currently waiting for a refund.

I ordered on 4-5-2020 my card was charged the same day. I received a tracking number that went no where and the chat feature does not operate and you cannot get an answer through the phone number. This is a shame as I was looking forward to being able to walk my husky safely. I did also try to reach out on a social media platform but never heard anything back. I hope they make this right but my opinion right now is that this is a big scam.

I also am experiencing no reply and no product from this company. It is a shame that they say that FedEx will be shipping it. I did get a tracking number and yet FedEx says it is just a hold on a number and that they do not have the package! UPDATE: Company got back to me! Within a week I had my harness. It seems to be good quality and has been very useful!

Ordered the beginning of April. Was charged the same day.Was sent a tracking # which goes nowhere. No response from an email I sent.

SCAM!!!! Debited my card the same day i ordered, then radio silence. Tracking number shows no activity and they do not reply to my numerous requests for info or refund. Don't bother with this place...they're just thieves!!!!

The front strap on the harness is nothing like the picture. The picture shows a strap that is finished (reflective material) on BOTH sides and nowhere on any product details does it say it's VELCRO! This is not at all what the videos or any of the advertisements show. That Velcro is awful for long-hair dogs. The velcro strap also doesn't close no matter how firmly you press. There is a big gap and it comes undone all the time when the dog pulls. It's complete junk and will cost you $8 to return. Not only that, their "real" reviews aren't so real on their website since I can't leave a review as a customer. BEWARE!

SAME HERE!! I PLACED ORDER ON 4/4/2020...NO ACTIVITY ON TRACKING NUMBER... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... CAN'T GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER ... YET I GET BOMBARDED WITH EMAIL OFFERS TO BUY MORE!?!?

HORRIBLE!!! STILL waiting its April 21st and I paid them April 6th for 2 harnesses? Sounds like they are coming from overseas and if not whats the hold up since they claim to be located in "SUNNY California"? I REALLY DON'T CARE anymore I just want a REFUND! Can they at least do that expeditiously??
