Joyride HarnessReviews of joyrideharness.com

I have 2 xs dogs and 1small dog. I purchased and none fit my dogs. Waste of 60 bux

I placed an order for two harnesses. I received the tracking info. After five to six days it stated in transit. I sent an email to Joyride find out where my package was. I was told by Joyride that the delivery driver stated it had been delivered. I told them I never received anything. Once they did some investigating they told me my order was lost and reimbursed me. Never asked if I'd like to reorder. Not very prompt in replying to me. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't give them any stars but that isn't an option.

Tried purchasing my 3rd Joyride Harness and have had nothing but problems from the start. Their customer service sucks. I did not receive any order confirmation nor could I go back into the website a find or view it. When I sent an email, the response was I would get the shipping info in 1-3 days. 10 days later I got an email that it was out for delivery. It was shipped to a wrong address. Probably could have been caught if I had been able to view it or even get an actual confirmation. When trying to contact somebody, all that is available is a chat (only open M-F). This delivery and notice was sent on a Saturday. Unless something drastically changes like an actual person reaching out, this will be the last Joyride harness I will purchase.

Was not able to return a nwt harness for refund. Only offered a credit. Not cool!

Everything went wrong!! I ordered a new harness and seatbelt for a trip we were taking. I couldn't get info on when it was expected to ship and ended up buying a seatbelt on Amazon. I finally received the ship notification on the day the items arrived. The harness didn't fit (notwithstanding having purchased one previously in the same size from Joyride). When I attempted to create an online return label the system didn't work and I had to send an email to get a label. UGH!! That took several days. In my email requesting the label I told them I wanted to return both items for a refund ( I had filled out the online form asking for a refund for only the seatbelt--and the system wouldn't allow me to change it). At this point I was so frustrated I decided to buy the harness from another vendor. Well, guess what? They wouldn't change my exchange for a return and they wouldn't allow me to return the harness because they have a policy that only allows 1 return on a purchase. My suggestion. . .buy your harness someplace else. I won't do business with them again.

When I was checking out, I got an offer for a second harness for $19.98. I took the offer and chose a pink camo harness. I then noticed that the order incorrectly showed a blue plaid harness. I looked for a phone number, but found none, so I emailed customer service asking for a correction. When I finally got a response two days later, I was told that the orders and the customer service were two different lines of communication and there was nothing that they could do about it and I would have to deal with it on exchanges and returns. Unacceptable, but I have no other option.

The customer service and warrantee was not consistent with what they say. Buyer beware if you are trying to get it replaced and you bought on Amazon. I specifically paid the same, got the same harness and paperwork but was not given a replacement because it was bought through Amazon. Stand behind your product!!! Also the customer service representative replied over several days with cryptic questions back to me.

Horrible service! They sent an xs instead of xl for a large golden retriever. In 5 days and 7-8 contact attempts e-mail to message I am still without response. The phone number is automated and will cut you off at any time and will hang up when their message is completed! I have filled out exchange forms 3 time for reason of return and only get ‘bot’ returns!! Warning Red Flag for questionable true business practices!! Danger!!!
