Actual rating -10. I ordered a harness April 1st and sent it back for an exchange for a bigger size. NO COMMUNICATION from them. So now they have my money AND the product back. I’m going to dispute the charge with my bank. You can only reach this company by email. THEY DO NOT RESPOND. Buyer BEWARE.

I have not received my items nor have I have been able to get in contact with anyone at this company to check on the order . The web page says they have humans answering m-f 9-5 .Many calls have been made and only a massage is received telling me to use the web page. The web page contact link does not work. The money was taken from my account immediately for the product I have not received. I would not recommend this company.

I placed an order and never received a confirmation although they immediately charged my card. I have not gotten tracking or updates since placing my order. No one in customer service has replied to me, though i have reached out both via the site and through email. I have no idea if or when i will ever get my order. I would not recommend taking the risk of ordering this product no matter how good it might be, if it ever actually shows up.

Actually I would give them a -10 stars. I placed an order online with a discount promised but it did not apply and when I hit submit order it all disappeared. I never got a confirmation - my emails to get the unsuccessful discount are gone and I can only hope my order did not go thru. I tried to access customer service they their Chat portal - that did not work so I sent an email to their customer service contact. This must be a scam company. I will be reporting them to my states attorney general and better business bureau.

Company has been unresponsive in either providing a refund or sending a new harness after the order has never arrived. Buyer beware.

I ordered 3 harnesses on 4/5 as of today, 4/26, nothing. I got a notice on 4/8 a shipping label was created. They do have the audacity to send me solicitation emails. I can only assume at this point that I have been ripped off. If I ever do receive them I'll be glad to edit my review, but I dont have much hope after nearly a month.

Horrible customer service. Ordered on 4/2/2020 and as of 4/26/2020 I still haven’t received my harness. Multiple inquiries to Joyride with the typical “your order had been processed”. I wish I would have ordered from another company. Hopefully, the harness will be better than their service

I ordered a harness on 4/10/2020 and have not received it. They sent me email that it was shipped with an order number. Every time I track it with my order number says it’s ready to ship from Illinois. I called post office with a tracking number that the company had with my order number. The post office said they never shipped my item. I have called the company and it is a recording. I tried live chat on their website and no one responds. I also sent them messages through their website and no one responds back. Do not buy from them, you may get ripped off.
