We bought 3 xxl for our pups just over a year ago. Last week whilst walking, one of our pups saw a bunny, obviously he pulled, the center leash ring and attachment completely tore out, I fell and my husband grabbed our boy. On further inspection both side rings and stitching are coming undone also. We have had no response from the company.

I purchased this harness online becuase the page stated it was risk free and money back guaranteed. We tried the harness but the buckle/clips rubbed against my dog's legs causing irritation. I wanted to print the shipping label to send back and it said it would cost me $7.95. I reached out to support via chat and they said there was nothing they could do. The website says risk free and 100% money back...yet on a different page they say they will charge you. So I used their email address and requested on 9 different email to speak with a supervisor. They said they had no phone. What kind of business is this? You don't advertise that you have a 100% risk free money back product and then charge me to ship it back. They like to say they are a small business and can't afford to do the refund. They also can't employ people to follow directions so that I can speak with a supervisor. This company is shady.

As with many others, apparently, I ordered and my credit card was charged for a harness in early April. As of May 5, I have not received it. I have emailed the company multiple times with no response. Even if they are overwhelmed, they should be able to be reachable, but they are not. They should not be taking orders and collecting payment if they can’t keep up with distribution. I don’t know if this is intentional, but I am extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting a harness.

Just a follow up from my last review. After one month and basically giving up on receiving a harness, it finally came today, however, it was a size X-Small not an X-Large. An the small it what I was advised was shipped. I tryed to stop this as soon as I received the email confirming order, but was advised I would have to wait to receive the shipped pkg first. So I'm now a month into being charged, wrong size and having to wait for them to receive return, and wait another month or more for it. You cannot call this company to complain, change your order etc. It's very frustrating. The harness is very well make, but the item is a training tool and it is not going to make your dog not pull, it just can't pull quite as hard!

I am one of many who ordered, and received bogus reasons via email for why my package was delayed. After one month, I found this site and realized I had been taken to the cleaners. Bogus tracking number, tracking app, customer service options, etc. I will join others in making a full report to BBB. Luckily for me, I will get my money back via AmEx. This is NOT a COVID-19 issue. This company is making false claims and should be shut down. Buyer Beware!

I ordered this item on April 5. I have not received it. I have contacted the company several times with no response. They sent a bogus Fed Ex tracking notice.

I ordered my harness 10 days ago....email received that it was shipped. Still the only information I get from tracking number is that the label was created. I reached out DM and they only gave me that information. I reached out via email, no response. I am waiting to see if perhaps they will respond to facebook message. I would just like to know if you are ever going to ship this product to me. It was paid for promptly and still nothing. Would love to write a nice review if I could just get some clarification and the harness. Thank you.

Don’t waste your money. Took a month to ship. Came with no directions for use. No directions on the website. The harness constantly comes loose and doesn’t fit snug. Worst of all my dog still pulls like crazy. Worst $40 I ever spent. I just threw it in the garbage.
