Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 harnesses and was told it would process in 3-5 days. 4 days later it was 7-12 days due to Covid 19 which has been going on for 2 months now. I asked to cancel and they said they would let me know in 1 business day if they could cancel. It’s been 4 days no response. Buy somewhere else, wished I had bought from Amazon as I would already have them. Will refute all charges.

They have worse than bad customer service, they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! You can get same harness cheaper elsewhere too! I highly recommend you go elsewhere!

TERRIBLE Customer service. I ordered two harnesses on April 16, and despite spending more than their free shipping minimum, I was charged $5 for shipping. I figured I would not have any problem getting a refund to my credit card so I contacted them first thing on Monday morning via live chat. They said they would investigate it. I followed up a few days later via live chat; they said it was still being looked into. How hard is it to see that you charged me $5 for shipping when I spent over them minimum amount?! I followed up A THIRD TIME because now the order had taken well over 10 days to even give me accurate shipping information. Turns out it hadn't even left their warehouse. When i asked about my refund this time, they said it would be on my card statement in 5 days. FINALLY received my order after 13 business days (20 days total); their expected ship time is 5-10 business days. I should also mention that based on the fedex shipping information, this package had to travel less than 30 miles! It is now May 14 and I still have not been refunded my measly $5. At this point, I want my money back on principle, not because $5 is a lot. Also, if you call their "contact" phone number, it's an answering machine that refers you back to their website with no chance to talk to a human being. And today their live chat isn't even working! What a joke! What a scam! Don't be fooled by all of their Instagram celebrity dogs - this brand is terrible! By the way, finally using the harness, the buckle is cheap plastic and it makes my dog pull harder than a front clip harness.

I like the concept of this harness--looks like it should work well--but the company seems like a shell instead of a real business. No real time people to speak with, the chat function doesn't work, 3 days after order no shipping info but they charged my card. After finding similar complaints from others, I cancelled the order and got a credit back from m CCC. Not sure what's going on here, but this this is my last order from a company that seems to exist on a FB page only.

I read all the reviews before buying and I was sold. I bought the xs harness for my 5lb chihuahua. Put the harness on and found it to be too big and bulky for my tiny dog, also the under belly belt goes right in his armpits preventing him to walk and he tries to bite it off. I really wanted to send it back, however, I don't have a printer to print my return label. They won't take it back because of that. So, I'm out $40 bucks. Just an FYI

I feel swindled by the claim that this is a small family owned business. My order has supposedly been sitting in Houston TX but can’t get further updates or a response from the company. An honest response, whatever it is, would be the action of a legitimate business. I’ve fallen for substandard merchandise and shipping times from Facebook vendors before but this is my last time. What is it with Facebook advertisers?

I placed my order at the end of April and reached out the first week of May as to why I had not been provided a tracking number. I got an email response on May 5th with a tracking number and since have not been able to actually track it. Every time I look to track it says no status available. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges!

Terrible. You place an order. You receive a confirmation. You receive a ship notification BUT it’s only the label that’s created. You’ll receive your package in a frustrating 4-6 weeks. Don’t email, they don’t respond. They’re not a “small family owned and operated pet business”. They’re Chinese importers from Alibaba. Their YouTube, FB and other internet reviews are actually them reviewing their own product. Anything labeled PugLife or JoyLife is their branding. How trumpian! The product itself is stupidly made! It has a large Velcro strip for the inside chest area that you’re instructed to CUT to fit. Mostly though, it doesn’t do anything at all they say it does. My dog is a 45 lb Hungarian Vizsla and A) The harness doesn’t come close to fitting and B) The way the harness is designed actually encourages my dog to pull more and harder. I only wish I would have done much, much more research before I spent $70! I’m trying to help other consumers. Don’t buy. Go elsewhere and personally fit your dog for an appropriate harness.
