I can not discourage buying this harness enough! My 28lb dog pulled so hard today to get to another dog that the ring the leash was attached to actually bent and broke. Which made it possible for my dog to charge across the street to go after the other dog. The owner picked up her dog and then her stroller tipped over in the street with two small kids in it. Luckily nobody got hurt or I’d be getting sued right about now. Is my dog a puller, yes, that’s why I bought the harness, to work on that behavior. I never expected a “no-pull harness” to be made of such cheap materials that a 28lb dog could bend the metal!

The harness continually loosens up when walking so you constantly have to stop and fix it. I have never had a big issue with pulling until i got this harness. I even tried the side rings on the harness and all that does is shift the harness to the side when he pulls because of the problem with the harness loosening. I tried it 3 times and finally gave up and went back to the gentle leader. If you want something that stops your dog from pulling the gentle leader seems to be the only way to go. The harness looks decent in terms of quality but it doesn't work as advertised.

I ordered and paid for 2 harnesses and never received them. I have tried to contact the company and get no response.

I have ordered a joyride harness but never received it. Originally, they sent to the wrong address even though the correct address was on my billing statement. The responses I get is that I will receive it in a few days. I am tracking my order and it is still in the same place it was on May 2nd. The company did say they would refund my shipping cost. I have now asked for a complete refund because it looks like I will never receive my order. Everyone I have asked love this harness but at this point I am so angry at the service. As it stands I will never order anything for my pets from this company. Frustrated!

This is a CHINA product. NOT MADE IN CALIFORNIA!!! There’s no real customer service. The harness is CRAP and Hugh risk of your dog escaping it. Shop elsewhere. It took 3 weeks to get an expedited order FROM CHINA. Umpteen attempts to reach anyone at Joyride were ignored until I threatened fraud action. I got anonymous, robot type reply. ONCE. Trying to return the very late, crappy harness is a struggle I’m still navigating. Save yourself hassle and buy from reputable companies.

This company is very borderline dishonest. They advertise a harness at 50% off. When you click on the harness, it's set at XS. You move the size up and the price increases $5. They ask for your email to receive 10% off your order. You order the harness that has already increased $5.00, then it says if you add $9.95 to your order the shipping will be removed, so you check the box for the seatbelt leash that's $9.95. You checkout and $4.95 shipping has been added because you used the 10% discount offered to you for giving them your email and your order is OVER $49.00 because you used the 10%discount they added. I chatted with their associate to understand what was happening. I had to take a screen shot for him to understand what I was unhappy with. I was $.87 over the amount to get free shipping. I cancelled the order as I don't feel comfortable dealing with companies who manipulate the consumer, especially at a time like this during Covid 19. I placed an order last week for 2 harnesses I haven't received yet for my current dog. I'm rescuing a dog from Beagle Freedom Project who I just found out should arrive next week. I thought I would get him a harness, which is a splurge for me, but with this amount of deceptiveness it's not worth it.

I am so disappointed. I was getting for my grandpup who is awful on a leash. I ordered on 5/2/2020 and zilch to date. It has not been shipped yet. I believe it must be made and shipped from China and this is not the 1st time I have lost money on the China companies. No ethics, no service, no understand English. This company has less than zero communications and don’t care about the customer. Need to keep writing negative comments and maybe people will stop buying their lies.

Same as the rest. Ordered 4 weeks ago, paid for expedited ship. Received Fed Ex tracking number, Fed Ex never received the package. No response, no chat. Sadly, No faith this will be resolved.
