I placed my order for the Joyride harness March 2 and received it today, March 12. It was shipped via FedEx and the delivery completed by USPS. I think there surely is a more expedient way to ship??? I paid extra to get it quick. It didn't come quick. On to the product, It is Very Nice! It is attractive and very well constructed. I have just walked my pooch with it once but I can see that it will work great to control her tendency to pull hard without hurting her. I ordered it on the recommendation of a dog owner I met at the park and I must say I am very satisfied. From what I can see they are a small company and need to work on some logistics of product delivery but, I would order another one and recommend it to my friends. Again...very nice product. Thanks!

I have had the exact same experience with this company. On the surface, this company appears to be doing a good thing. Why are we all having so much trouble contacting them? We all want the best for our pets. I mailed back a medium harness the day I got it asking for a small instead and I have received and heard nothing. I’ve sent emails , no chat possible and my exchange order number doesn’t seem to exist? My order number is 614198. Can someone please help? They did eventually reach out to me and replaced the harness

Much Mahalo. Shipping and responsiveness is a little wonky but the products are great. One of our furry kids was a Houdini when it came to harnesses and always was able to back out of hers. Not anymore. Thank you for keeping her safe. When the shipping was significantly delayed, they refunded part of my purchase price to make it right....

I wanted to make sure I wrote a review of the Pug Life Harness. I ordered them on July 28th. On July 31st, I recieved an email stating that my package was in process and that I should receive a tracking number within 2 to 3 days. I waited until August 7th and had still not received a tracking, so I emailed them asking for it. I did receive an email back on August 9th stating that they were looking into it and forwarded the inquiry to the orders team. I was able to go online with my order number and they were still showing that my items had not been shipped. At that point I was getting worried and did a little more digging and found alot of negative reviews for the company. I had adopted a rescue dog and he walked well on a leash but we really wanted him on a harness. I was ready to cancel my order and just go through Amazon Prime. I knew I would receive the order quickly. When I arrived home that evening, the order had been delivered. I live in New York and the harness was coming from California, so I understand that it does take time. As much as the communication seems to still be problematic with this company, the harness itself is very well made and with quality materials. I will recommend the harness to anyone with the understanding that you will not receive it in a couple of days. If the communication throughout the process was better, I would give it 5 stars. I have absolutely no problems with the harness. It was nicely made and seems as if it will last a long time.

I bought 2 of these harness last month and love the quality and fit. My dog does not pull anymore. The only think i don't like is the large buckle clips under armpit. I am keeping an eye on it to make sure she doesn't develop any sores.Love the size of buckle but not where it's placed.
