Horrible customer service; Chat option is a joke; there is no way to actually send a question and get a response. Customer serive phone number does not work, either. How are these morons still in business. I never received the harness I paid for.

Have not received the harness that I ordered yet. I placed my order around June 5th. I got an email that said it was shipped the 13th and had a link to track my package. I am a tracking lurker and like to check daily to see that my packages are moving along in the right direction. So far after 13 days the page that their email directed me to still says that the order is ready and gives me no tracking details. I tried to call their phone number and after a lengthy message it just hangs up on you without giving you any choices to talk to anyone or even leave a message. So I tried their live chat which the message suggested and it is an idiot button. One of those website buttons that you wonder if they track how many times you will click on it before you give up and realize it really doesn't do anything. So right next to it is an email form. So I wrote an email with my concerns and a request that they give me tracking info so I know when to expect my harness. I have never received a response to this email. I did however get about ten emails wanting me to buy more harnesses. Like how many expensive harnesses does one dog need? Finally on June 23rd I get an email asking if I received my harness and what I thought of it. I realized this was a form letter and not a reply to my initial email so I replied to it voicing the same concerns that I had in my previous one. Three days later I get an email saying it would be up to another two days before they could get me any info on a tracking number. Why on earth would they even respond without already having checked for that and send the info at that time? That was my predominate concern and let's face it how hard is it to pull up an invoice and type the tracking number from it into an email? Unless of course you still haven't shipped the product since their site is still saying that the product is "ready" without any shipping info. I guess in a nutshell why f*#k with your customers? Just say you are backed up and it will be a month before your item ships. Oh maybe because no one would order from you. If you are selling so many harnesses that you can't keep up it may be time to hire more staff and get on the ball. Finally- QUIT BLAMING COVID FOR YOUR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Covid didn't make you lie about fulfillment times, it didn't make your website a joke and it didn't keep you from answering emails (millions are working from home). If I would have gotten any kind of timely response and if the untimely responses didn't seem like BS I could maybe be a little forgiving. If the harness had actually been sent by now (I doubt it has) then I would accept you laying blame on USPS or whoever but you're going to have to give me a tracking number for that song and dance. I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. It's sad because I had seen this harness on another American Bully whose owner I chat with since we walk in the same neighborhood and asked them about it. It seems like a very nice harness for a large breed dog. This could be the best harness ever invented now or in the future but the customer service has put a very sour taste in my mouth that Joyride will not be able to erase at this point.

I ordered a month ago. Twice received feedback cannot cancel since its shipped which it clearly has not. I never posted a review but this prompted me as I hate to be gamed like this company is clearly doing

I ordered this to use on my lab instead of a pronged training collar. I was looking forward to him having a harness and not pulling.. But oh boy. Joyride should sponsor a sled dog team with these things. He pulls like no other, way more than with a collar. I was going to give 2 stars but this company is such a fraud with their inflated reviews. Make something worth while and earn your money, this company is a joke.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Wow. I ordered two harnesses from this company and despite the website promise to ship within 3 - 5 days, I had to ask about my order a month later. I then canceled the order when I realized they hadn't even shipped it yet. The company told me it couldn't be canceled because it had already been shipped, however they couldn't provide me with a tracking number for two more days. yeah, right. Of course in the meantime, I bought something locally and told them again to cancel the order but now they magically had a tracking number and told me I could always return them if I wanted. Now, I go back to their site to fill out the return paperwork and it costs me $7.95 to send back the order that THEY screwed up. Horrible customer service and the harness is WAY too big and clunky for small dogs ( I have two 10-lb'ers that this was supposed to be perfect for). Back to Chewy.com where the products are as advertised and the customer service is great.

First they have the worst customer service and never gets back you and the harness is just like any dog harness so save your money and get a regular dog harness.

BEWARE!! Terrible design. Waited way to long to arrive and then I ordered a medium for a standard dachshund and it has a HUGE buckle that rubs the underarm and belly area. Why such a huge buckle for a small dog harness? Additionally TERRIBLE Return Policy. Had to return due to poor design only to find out that I will be charged $7.95 to return this and was only charged $4.95 for initial shipping!?! When I asked about this "Policy" I got an email complaining about how they are a "small company" and need to "recoup their losses" since they can't sell a returned harness as new and "have to pay their employees to process the return"!! Really?? So let's charge people an extra $3.00 to return something that you charged them $4.95 to send in the first place. Let's rip people off who, if the item doesn't work, end up paying $12.90 for NOTHING. An additional $4.95 to return is reasonable but jacking the price up makes no sense. Of course they stated it was embedded on their website but was not listed on the enclosed paperwork that came with the harness! How convenient. Also you will get multiple emails and texts about specials and ordering more harnesses...additionally very annoying as how many does a person need?? Lastly, this harness is way overpriced and I should have trusted my better judgement. AGAIN BEWARE!!

It has been 3 weeks and my item hasn't even shipped. There is no customer service number and the folks emailing me back and forth are not helping. I am going in circles and it's so frustrating. I just want what I bought. I have since ordered a knock off from Amazon that will get here in 2 days!! Unbelievable. And I wanted to support a family-owned American business!!
