Takes at least a month to receive orders, if you ever receive anything, even though they charge your credit card immediately. No customer service. Can’t call and talk to anyone. Email responses are a joke. They keep saying to allow 7-10 business days from time of order even when it’s already been more than 3 weeks after ordering. In the meantime, your email is bombarded with special deals to try to get you to place more orders when you haven’t received the first order. They have a permanent “50 percent off sale” every day is supposed to be “ends tonight”. Hundreds of complaints with the better business bureau. I wish I had looked them up before I ordered. I won’t make that mistake again!

I bought this harness for our Young Pug back when he was 6 months old based on the measurements from their website. Harness took nearly a month to come in only to find out it was WAY too big, which I wasn't overly concerned about at the time, figured he would grow into it. Now at 11 months old, he's grown considerably (double in weight and nearly size), and the harness is still a very poor fit. The worst part about it is the buckle and it's location. For a size small, the buckles and attachment loops on the harness itself are MASSIVE IN SIZE for the size of the dog and harness. It feels like a serious design flaw and laziness in making the harness when the buckle is so big, the dog's front knee cap keeps knocking against it, and makes you lose 2+ inches of tightening space for the size. They really should have made a much smaller clasp and smaller rings for the small harnesses made for actual Pugs. Really disappointed. We will not be using this harness for him after we spent so much money on it for our Pug, and simply just tossing it right in the garbage.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PERIOD !. I ordered 2 harnesses on June 19th today is July 6th ! I should have checked all the reviews before I ordered because there are many that say the same thing I'm about to say. I have yet to receive anything although I keep getting email saying good news your package is on the way, I keep tracking it only to be told no one has a package for me I have sent email after email no reply there is a eight eight eight phone number doesn't let you talk to anyone so today I called FedEx who they say has my package the person I talked to at FedEx said that Joyride created a shipping label for this package on June 26 but FedEx has never received the package when I ask the gentleman if this was odd he said yes package should have been there with the shipping label I also asked him what I should do and he said I should call the bank or credit card company and get a refund which is what I will do. I was able to chat online with a representative from Joyride who told me my package was on the way I asked him to check again because I had just talked to FedEx and they said they have no package for me the gentleman came back and replied oh so sorry still waiting to send so there you go he blatantly lied he said someone would get back to me How funny I have 3 E-Mails saying "Good News your package is on the way " Lies or mistakes read some reviews see what you think ? Just please save yourself much aggravation and DO NOT ORDER FROM JOYRIDE PERIOD.!

Three emails, one failed customer service call, one failed online chat. They sent me the wrong size and so far the path to get the correct size sent to me and to get the wrong order sent back is a disaster. Customer service is nonexistent. Ordering service is non-existent. I will NEVER order anything else from this company again. In fact, I think it is all run by bots and not with any human oversight.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. They said the item was shipped, but no tracking number was ever assigned. Their 888 Customer Service number doesn't exist. Every time you contact chat, they say they will notify Product or someone else, and that a response will be received in 24-48 hours... it never happens. After fooling with this for a month, I asked to cancel the order and refund. The Chat person quickly said they would request one, and then ended the chat without waiting for a response from me. I just submitted a dispute through my credit card company. 7/17/20 Update: The product, which was ordered on 6/7/20 just arrived. The product seems good, but the headaches getting the product far outweigh the value of the product. I would buy a similar version from somebody else.

This company tells you if you pay for priority it ships fast. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They dont ship any quicker! It is false advertising!

This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They say you item has shipped, but in reality it is not. They send you a tracking number, saying it has shipped, but anyone can create a FedEX label, and it will give you a tracking number. It will not however update until the physically receive the package to ship. Joyride Harness will say its an issue with the shipper updating the tracking, and not because they have not given the package to FedEX. They is their scam. They hope they can lead you along long enough, that you can not do a dispute/chargeback on your credit card before the timeframe allowes. They keep saying be patient it will update. Yes when they actually ship the package. They have no working phone number, and all correspondence is through email, and they are slow as molasses to respond 3 minimum, just to give you the same BS the shipped should be updating the tracking number. RIGHT????? I got a reply from Joyride that said that my order has been delivered. That is correct, but only after I disputed the charge with my bank and my bank refunded my money, did they actually ship the item. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.

I am not one to write reviews, but I could not contain it anymore. Since ordering their product I have been bombarded with emails and offers when all I want is my harnesses ordered for my dogs. It will be over 3 weeks since ordering 2 harnesses from them and nothing.... but still the offers keep coming. Guys, just a suggestion, work more on getting the product to the customer and not on the after sales pitch (WIMO will not work if you can’t get them the first sales items) Just saying!
