Enticed by the targeted video on my FB page I ordered two Joyride harnesses on July 9. My credit was charged the same day and I have not received the harnesses as of July 28. I simply get emails about taking more time, on the way, should have received with no delivery. This does not seem like a legit business or simply misrepresenting and misguiding customers. The same product is being marketed under different names. Be watchful!

It's a nice product for easy on and off but it's designed horribly with the belly strap that doesn't stay tight my dog has slipped out of it twice once almost ran into traffic I'm pissed 🤬🤬

Oscar was given this as a gift from my friend due to he is a puppy and is just learning how to walk on a leash.He is a puller. Now that I see how much Paula paid for this harness I am even more mad. Oscar has gotten out of the harness twice without help. She and I both adjusted the harness so it was nice and snug, without hurting him. I let him out on the lead the other evening. I checked on him within minutes to find that he was gone. Thank goodness I live in a townhome, and my neighbor knew who he belonged to. I ran in my Pajamas, dropped my iPhone and ran like a crazy woman to retrieve him. I would never ever purchase another harness from you. I would be happy for you to refund my friend for her costly present to Oscar. Please contact me for the information to refund her. Buyer beware! Sounds and looks great. DOES NOT WORK even after measuring the dog three times. Please call me 585425-3296. I expect a full refund for Oscars and her own dog, who backed out of his harness also!!!

Returned my harnesses on July 4th and haven’t heard from them. I’ve emailed, and emailed, and emailed asking the status of the return and I can’t get anything. I would not recommend this product or this company to ANYONE!! OVER $100 that has been spent and I can’t even get a response from a company.

First time walking my dog with the newly purchased Joyride harness. My dog weighs 50 pounds and I purchased the 40-60-pound harness. We barely walked 1 mile and I noticed that the strap in the back of the harness that goes under the dogs body is constantly hitting the back of her from legs. I tried to loosen the part around the neck to give more room for the back strap but to no avail. Expensive harness that I will no longer use after this one and only experience. I will not buy another one of these on line as is hard to return for full refund.

Wish I had read these review prior to purchase. Holy slow poke Batman these people are slow. They use CoVid as an excuse but it is just that, an excuse. My spouse is a supervisor at the USPS and Mail is moving great just at larger volumes. FedEx smartpost (delivered by USPS) is the worst shipping and slowest shipping ever. My package sat for over a week awaiting FedEx pickup. What a joke. They emailed asking about my delivery. It hasn’t even been delivered yet. The harness is bulky. It lays weird. I don’t like the huge plastic buckle. Placement seems odd. First time in dog- dog was like what!? My dog was use to wearing a harness too. He walks ok in it now but this definitely isn’t as good as it claims to be nor does it fit as it claims to hit. Not very happy with my decision to purchase this harness. The heavy duty leash I do like. Overall, I’d not recommend nor buy again. This company is too slow to respond, too slow to ship and I’m pretty certain it isn’t really USA based.

Deceptive practices! I purchased this harness for my doxie. I did not fit her body shape. I had to pay double the shipping to return it, Then they only refunded the purchase - $10! Nothing was mentioned in the ad about a restocking fee or anything like that. However, in the interim of waiting for the refund, I was sent countless emails advertising this or that. I would not recommend this company.

Buyer beware. Don’t order from this company unless you can afford to wait a looooong time. And do expect to get the runaround from their customer service. I ordered two of their harnesses for my puppy on June 7— a medium and a large for him to grow into. I received them on July 22 — 7 weeks later. Since a dog harness is a utility that you use daily, I needed to have these right away, so within two weeks of ordering, I emailed a request to cancel my order. “Sorry,” they wrote back. “It’s already been shipped.” They were lying. They sent a tracking number that showed it was at A USPS “shipping partner facility,” here in LA, where I live. Clearly, this is a scam, as it took five more weeks to get to me. Credit to their marketing team for their impressive social media targeting Now why don’t you invest in some production capacity.
