We originally bought the same harness from Puglife. Maybe the same company, but it worked well, just got worn. So this new one, that we've had since July, is really useless. The belly strap is made of a material that slips and slides and our strong australian shepherd could easily come out of it. We've tried and tried to make it work and probably now we cannot return it. Our experience with the company is terrible, with no real person to talk to and in response to our complaint they just send emails that suggest videos on how to put it on. It's a shame, but DON'T BUY THE HARNESS OR USE THIS COMPANY.

I received this harness and realized right away that my small 6.5 lb dog did not like it. I tried calling but they do not answer your call and you cannot leave a message. the Help link on their email does not work and there is no Chat on their website either. I requested a return shipping label, which I must pay for, so it really isn't free returns. Terrible customer service!!!! Of course I took the labels off to use them. Who know you had to keep them even if your dog only used the items twice. Terrible company!!!!

I really wanted to give this harness a try, but was very disappointed. My dog pulled like crazy, and slipped out twice. When I contacted them to initiate a return, their site clearly states ***Returns/exchanges WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED unless they have the original TAGS ATTACHED and are free of dog hair.*** So, you have to return it w/o trying it. This product is NOT guaranteed, despite what they say, and is twice the cost of better harnesses available on Amazon.

Horrible customer service. They say you can return the harness, but you can only exchange it for "free". If you aren't satisfied, or they fail to ship it to you in a timely manner and you have to go buy another harness just so you can walk your dog, you have to pay to return the harness. Their phone number doesn't accept calls, not even to leave a message. I wouldn't buy another product from this company. It isn't a safe company to buy from.

Bought 2 harnesses for my 15 lb mini doodles along with the dual leash! All were not only disappointing but aggravating. If my 6 month old puppies Were not escaping out of their harnesses they were Binding our legs with the leash! I imagine we entertained many people if they happened to be watching us! If this would have worked for us it was very easy to put on and take off!

Ordered on 7/23. Got a confirmation email, and it supposedly shipped on 7/29. I also got a follow up email titled "Your Tracking Number", but they won't give me a tracking number. They are now telling me to wait "5 business days" for it to arrive until they look into it and see where it is. EVERY company gives tracking numbers. Why not you, Joyride? Fishy.

I would give zero stars. No customer service at all . Zero respond.BUYERS BEWARE don't buy every from this company!!!! They supposed to ship product through FEDEX still pending after 10 days product was never picked up.

I ordered 2 harnesses on 7-12, and got notified they had shipped on 7-20. After several days I noticed that neither the merchant's tracking page on their website, nor the FedEx site had showed that the package had actually been picked up by a carrier. After many more emails with customer service where I was advised to be patient due to delays, I still have not received my merchandise as of 8-7.
