Their ads are very gimmicky, unfortunately. I purchased 2 harnesses from Joyride Harness because I've been having trouble finding something that fits my dogs and is easy to use. Normally, I wouldn't purchase a dog harness online unless I've been able to fit it on my dog first, but the '100% satisfaction guarantee' and constant advertisements convinced me to give it a shot...big mistake. The harnesses arrived and don't look anything like what I ordered. The design is really poor and the front part that goes across the dog's chest is just a strip of velcro! I immediately contacted customer service to initiate a return. I expected an easy return process, due to their claims of '100% satisfaction guaranteed', but instead I had to pay nearly $8 for a shipping label AND a restocking fee, AND had to provide my own return mailer. I emailed customer service about this and was basically told too bad so sad. I would also like to add that I noticed their shady practice of advertising a 50% off sale that is always 'ending today', but never actually ends. I visited the website several times over the course of about 2 weeks and every time the 50% off sale (hurry! ends TODAY!) was still ongoing. In conclusion, don't waste your money.

After no response to customer services about not receiving the harness, I wrote a negative review. I then received a response that it had been lost in the mail and another was sent out. I did finally receive it. However it is unsafe. My golden retriever was able to back right out of it. A lot of money for slow delivery and an insecure harness that I can’t trust. Would not recommend.

Shipping is extremely slow: It took a month to receive my initial order and another month to receive an exchange. Customer Service Needs Improvement: I had to exchange one of the items and it was not a smooth process. I sent the item back and according to the tracking number they received it within 5 days. I had to follow up multiple times and then was told they had the item but never processed the exchange. False Claims: 1. They claim it's veterinarian approved. What does that even mean? 2. They claim the harness will not irritate a dog's armpit, however the belly strap buckle secures right behind the dogs armpit. 3. They claim the straps are secure. No matter how I adjust the straps the harnesses are not secure. My small dog was able to back right out of this harness, thankfully I was able to tackle her before she ran away. On the larger dog it slides side to side and if she tugged enough it looks like it would come right off. Their Guarantee is Laughable: They will only refund the product within 60 days, as long as the product still has the tags on and is free of dog hair. I guess you have to decide you want to return it before actually using it. Their customer service was yet again unhelpful. They sent me a video of how to put the harness on and then referred me to their no refunds after 60 days for used products "guarantee". Now I have two harnesses that are completely useless to me. The harnesses did not fit well and gave one of my dogs a nasty hot spot under his front leg. They were not transparent about their return policy so now I am stuck with two harnesses and a shipping label I paid for, but they won't accept the return. Also, no response from support....not great at all.

Ordered on 8/12 got confirmation email same day that package had shipped. 8/16 got email saying it may take 3 to 5 business days for tracking # to generate. 8/19 got email with a tracking # that was my order number but not a real tracking #. went to link it said shipping info had not been determined yet. emailed them 8/25 trying to find my package. got an email on 8/28 with real tracking # that said package had been delivered on 8/14. on 8/29 I received another email asking if I had received my package which I still have not received. I am very saddened to have done business with this company. I only hope I can get my money back whenever this does get sorted out.

Very poor quality. The harness loosened as you walk around the block, cannot run with it on or pull thr dog because the band is horrible. All of the fasteners turn sideways, the velcro was delivered unsewn.. i would never purchase another item from this company again.

Ordered XS harness for my 8-pound dog. She slipped out of it twice on our first attempt at walking. Straps and buckles are too wide for a small dog. When you tighten up the chest to fit, the relatively large side buckles impede the dog's front legs. Returns allowed only if tags have not been removed. Total waste of money for my small dog. Wish I had read the 1-star reviews on this site and manufacturer's site before purchase.

Very poor quality product. Xl is like an xs. material is crappy low quality plastic. Impossible to get them to respond to return merchandise. I have to charge this back thru my American Express credit card.
