The belt should be velcro. The buckle gets loose and Molly escapes. Maybe provide a nice 7 to 8 inch chain as a security feature. She does walk in it without pulling which is excellent. You have to get that buckle to WORK.

I gave a review that our harness may be defective The strap under the belly always comes loose and the clip on the right side comes undone. I was pleasantly surprised by PugLIfe's response that they will send a new harness. Thank you so much PugLife - Nicole Hofer

The phone number is a scam. That phone is NEVER answered, regardless of time of day. I returned an item for exchange, but communication is very poor and it feels like they've abandoned you. It did finally arrive.

I ordered 2 harnesses, and before my ordered went through I received a message to purchase a 3rd harness for $19.00, which I did.....Yes the harnesses work well...BUT THE ISSUE I HAVE IS THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, EITHER BY PHONE (WHICH THEY HAVE A RECORDING AND THEN HANGS UP) AND EMAIL, WHICH WAS NEVER REPLIED TO....all I want to know is how to wash/clean the harnesses when they get dirty.....so 1 star for customer service, 4 stars for harness

I am editing my review because I have since received my harness. It took over three weeks but it's exactly what I wanted — well made and goes on in two seconds. They are a small company with no customer service and they set themselves up for disappointed customers by indicating that the product will ship in 3-5 days — it does not and there is no way to contact them, the phone is always a busy signal and chat says they're away regardless of the time of day. Emails go unanswered as do FB messages. They should hold off on continued marketing until product fulfillment and customer service can handle the volume of harnesses they are selling. Previous review: Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. They are marketing heavily on Facebook and Instagram, taking orders and charging cards. But then you get nothing. You email, call (never ending busy signal), send messages through Facebook...no response. But they take the time to update their FB page with funny and happy posts like everything is totally normal (they suppress negative comments too). I'll get my money back by calling my credit card company but it's strange that their marketing is so out of sync with their ability to fulfill orders. They could have a really successful business if they simply shipped the products they charge for.

We took a look at your case and sincerely apologize for the delay in having this handled but are happy to hear you received your harness and are enjoying the product. Regarding our social media, we do schedule these a month in advance as we are a mom and pop team handling many tasks, but again we are making steps to accommodate our growth and improve our customers' experiences.
