Awesome harness for pugs!!

I love this harness

I've had a good experience. I ordered the product on Feb 25th and received it yesterday. Everything was correct, and I got timely updates on order status as promised. It sounds like from other comments here and on FB they had some issues with their supply chain and got woefully overwhelmed, and I know they also changed their name around the same time which also probably doesn't help impressions. I found this site a day after ordering and was extremely worried that I would have issues- but all went as expected. We tried the product out and it is pretty darn cool, goes on easily, easy to adjust, all that good stuff. So just wanted to let people who are considering purchasing that at this time, for me, it worked out well.

NO idea why people are so unhappy with the Puglife Harness. I walk my mixed-breed, 70# dog with one every day and it works great! Everyone always asks where I got it. I love the reflective strip across the chest. And I love the sturdiness of it as well as how EASY it is to use! Fastest harness to put on that I've ever used. And probably the ONLY one that my dog doesn't get all fidgety about wearing. I highly recommend this harness. <3

This is a revised review. I originally gave this product one star because they had refused to provide a replacement when the product was not working right. After posting this review they promptly responded and offered to replace it for me. At least so far we have not had the same issue with the new harness and we are very pleased with it. I assume ours was just a random defect and that the new one is much better. So that eliminates my only concern with the harness and I can now fully recommend it. Thank you to Joyride for their attention to this. Original Review - Maybe 1 star is not fair. In some ways, I love this harness. It is so easy to put on our 60lb dog (size L). But, it has always had a tendency to pop open during walks. At first, we thought we weren’t ensuring that we clicked the buckle completely. After a few weeks we knew that was not the issue. So, we kept using the harness hoping it needed to break in. Even when it pops open, the dog doesn’t get released if they pull, as the harness is around their neck anyway. I contacted customer service and was told that since we have had it so long, there is nothing they could do. I’d love a working version of the product, but they made the choice to not provide that. I can’t recommend this to anyone if that is their best customer service attempt. Don’t buy it. There are other similar harnesses - try one of them. Sorry Pug Life. You had a shot to make it right and refused. Our original order number was #89062

So I'm seeing all of these bad reviews. Not sure why. This is a great harness.I ordered 3 all at the same time, two medium and on X-Larger. The quality is great and it is easy on and easy off. Now I have not had to work with customer service with the 3 I purchased. They fit fine and I had no reason too. But please keep in mind I'm sure this company is a small business and most likely only one or two people work in the business. I have no idea I do not know these people at all. But I have done business with many small online company. You can not expect to have Amazons level of customers service with a small company.

I finally have my replacement harnesses for my pups. Customer Service worked with me until I was satisfied. As a suggestion, I believe if you gave the harness for toy small pups an order # it would be less confusion for the employees pulling the orders. Again I give this company 5 stars and thank you very much for your patience with my order. Mavis Gantt
