Had trouble with the payment section
Had trouble with the payment section. The pay button did not seem to work. When I closed your account, I actually thought my payment did not take.

The harness didn't fit well on my…
The harness didn't fit well on my Lab-Havanese mix. Her body is just different from most dogs.

Super chewers beware
I got this harness for my growing Labradoodle pup. It worked fine until she got to be about a year old. She’s a chewer, and she proceeded to chew through the plastic buckle and then the belly band. I’m going to give them one more try.

Hi Kathy, We found a lot of our customers have super chewers like yours. We have just added Lifetime Warranty for our harness. Its additional $9.95 per harness purchased. But this does cover chew damage. Our regular warranty for 365 days does not cover the chew damage. I hope you consider our Lifetime warranty when you give us another try.

Meh.....it's mediocre
The customer service via chat box was great. The harness and the sturdy material is great. Only reason I gave 3 stars is I got a harness that was considered non pull. I understand having to work with the dog and it's not magic but my dog pulls even more now than ever. I could have saved half the money and went to pet smart.

Your service was excellent
Your service was excellent. The sizing for small dogs needs to include a size smaller than small for the one buckle. We cannot make it smaller by cutting the velcro. It doesn't work. If cut it locates the buckle in the dogs armpit area which causes rubbing. Conceptually you have a great harness. I was going to return harness. Thank you

Thank you Karen for leaving a review. If the buckle is rubbing or causing issue then we believe that harness needs to be adjusted for proper sizing and fit. If there is any friction or rubbing behind the leg then we recommend loosening up the front Velcro strap, so the harness sits further back on the dog. The buckle on the harness (small…
The buckle on the harness (small harness) is huge, which causes my dog to hit it with her left elbow with every step. I would think that the small dog harness's would have a small buckle that attaches up high on the harness itself to avoid contact with the leg on a small dog

HI Carole, If the buckle is rubbing or causing issue then we believe that harness needs to be adjusted for proper sizing and fit. If there is any friction or rubbing behind the leg then we recommend loosening up the front Velcro strap, so the harness sits further back on the dog. I love the harness and its design…but…
I love the harness and its design…but it seems a tad bulky for my dog’s size, 15 lb Shihtzu mix. I would rate it excellent for larger dogs.

I have a small Yorkie and a small…
I have a small Yorkie and a small Shih-tzu. The harnesses are bulky on them. The buckles are too big and the dogs don't walk well with them. They clatter together and every step is noisy. The Shih-tzu won't walk in hers and the Yorkie gets distressed with ears down when I put it on. I do like the seatbelts that I bought with them so I use them in the car. I think you need a re-design for small dogs. 7 lbs and 14 lbs. My daughter has two Dalmatians and they are great for bigger dogs.
