disappointed
Easy to put on and take off. However, no matter how many times I adjust tension it becomes loose. Needs to be remedied or refunded. Very frustrated and very disappointed. I expected more based on advertising.

Logo says last harness will ever have to buy.Guaranteed.Not true.Sent photo of one that has metal ring broken off.Received response out of warranty and have to purchase new one. To be fair should add that they did replace harness that had faulty latch with no problem.

Hey Bill - We do offer a 365 day warranty on our harnesses, which is also clearly illustrated on all of our product listings. If you could update your review to include your order number, we'd be happy to take a look at this for you to double-check if the harness with the broken ring does indeed qualify.

I am agreeing with the customer service complaints. I like the harness and the double handle leash but getting refunds on returned orders is terrible service. I have returned 4 orders and am still waiting on refunds. The website needs some work. There is no order history. I will be happy when I get my refunds. Linda Money

I ordered the pug life harness several months ago. Very easy to place on my dog. No problem. Thing is, the buckle becomes undone and very unsafe when I’m out walking her. Usually when she’s jumping up and she wants to get to another dog it will unclasp. She then backs out of it. I did reach out to the company and they sent a replacement. Maybe the clasp was defective? Anyway it happened with the second one as well. I believe this is a weakness in the design.

Hi, Linda! This is definitely a defective. There are a number of Linda Sullivans in our system if you could possibly edit your review to include your order number and we'll have this resolved ASAP. :) Thank you and happy new year!

It took 15 days for my two harnesses I ordered to arrive. For the money, they are not poorly made but they have their issues and especially so for any small breed of dog. Specifically, there's an oversized and improperly located snap clasp on the side that interferes with the front leg of your dog (if around 25 lbs or less). It looks very uncomfortable for them. This part should have been smaller for smaller dogs and canted at more of an angle. This goes for the same for the front velcro strap. A downward cant would have been a much wiser design. I'm sure if you have a medium to large breed dog, the harness would be fine but they obviously did not think ahead when they started selling for smaller dogs. Every picture that shows the clasp angle clearly displays what I'm talking about. It's like the company never put any forethought into what I'm saying and I can't understand why smaller dog owners don't comment on this. Adjustments don't make a difference. Believe me when I say I've tried both adjustments at various lengths and it only made it worse if it's not close to the front legs where the clasp becomes a walking hinderance.

Hi, JB! We're so sorry to hear this isn't working out for your dog. If you haven't made any alterations to it, we can get you set up with a return and I'll pass your review comments up to R&D. I'll just need you to edit your review to include your order number. Thank you!

I purchased a No Pull Harness and a Seat Belt that was offered normally priced at 14.95 but could be added with the harness for 9.95. Although the harness is substantial, it does not stop the pulling even when the leash is buckled to the side ring. The seat belt could not possibly keep my dog (67 lbs.) secure in the event of a car accident. I kept thinking that something was missing...it's just a strap with an open metal rectangle at one end and a latch at the other end....very thin. When I look on the website I now see two different seatbelts..one is priced 9.95 and the other is priced 14.95. The one I received was not on sale regularly 14.95 for 9.95...it's always priced at 9.95. I wouldn't have wasted money on a flimsy seat belt that wouldn't secure my big dog in the car.

Not escape proof. Had my dog on a long walk and the strap that goes beneath his chest loosened. I'd checked it before we left to ensure that it was snug. Suddenlyi realized the harness seemed awfully light. He realized it at the same time and took off running. I also found our that the hours of training had not paid off as he stayed out of my reach. Thankfully he finally ran up to someone and they were able to catch him. I know he thought it was a great game, but I can never trust this harness again. The design desperately needs some sort of teeth in the buckle so the under belly strap does not slip

Hi, Gregory! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I'd love to connect you to a lead agent if you could update with your order number. What you've described is the sign of a defective harness and would love to hear more on the teeth in buckle issue. Thank you!

Like many of you here I wanted a replacement and was unable to reach anyone via email or telephone. I finally put a comment about my negative experience on one their Facebook posts and suddenly they were responsive. Since they do not want negative publicity on the FB page that is the best way to get their attention.
