Purchased a harness 18 later the stitches holding the Handel dring fell apart yes after the watt time of 365 days sent pictures they don’t care nothing to do with it buyer beware nice looking harness cheap made poor craftsman’s ship I have purchased a Bolux harnesss 1/2 the price looks great has 3D rings You have that info have been in contact with you The harness is older then 365 out of wat. Unit is high price over rated cheap made poor craftmenship I have got my Bolux harness under $18.00 we will see if last longer then 18 monthes

The velcro on the chest strap no longer sticks and the company will not do anything about it. They said to take it to a tailor or shoe repair shop. Totally unacceptable! Had I known that they wouldn't do anything about it, I would have bought 2 new harnesses when they were on sale on Black Friday. They waited long enough to answer me, until the sale was over.

The product is fine. However, I continue to get advertising text messages from multiple numbers from this company even after opting out. I block one number on my phone and a spam comes from another number.

*Edit: I spoke with a customer service rep, and they agreed to accept the harness for return-without the original tags. The return shipping is roughly $7. I’ll update with more info after I send it back. I’m glad they seem willing to work with me. This harness cost more than I would normally spend, but it said “no pull” and it was the best harness “guaranteed.” My terrier is 11 pounds, and she pulls. When I walked her today with the harness, she choked herself so severely, I am genuinely concerned about possible damage to her trachea. It’s been hours since our walk and she is still obviously affected by the pressure from the harness. I’m a licensed veterinary technician, and I would not recommend this harness for small dogs that pull-tracheal collapse is a serious condition, and I feel terrible that I trusted this company, and their product affected my baby so negatively. It’s also not a sizing issue, as I used her weight, in addition to her measurements. The buckle and straps are enormous. The harness has been used once-and will never be used again, but I can’t return it, because I didn’t leave the hang tag on “the last harness I would ever need-guaranteed.”

I ordered a harness for my Great Dane on May 15th. Even paid for expedited shipping because I was moving. I got the order in on the 20th. When I got home the package that arrived was 2 Velcro patches for a service dog vest not the harness. And the tracking they sent showed delivered. So I know that’s what came vs. the harness. No big deal right? Warehouses sometimes pick the wrong items. So I called...or attempted and had to use their chat. The girl told me it would be 48 hours for them to review the situation and they would get back to me. Well here we are June 1st and nothing. I contacted them again today and again you have to use their chat feature and the guy gave me a generic “we’ll get back to you in 24-48 hours”. This is fraudulent what they are doing. All I want is the harness I ordered or refund my money. My next call is to the States Attorney General and the BBB.

Update on the Joyride/Puglife Harness problems. Seems that their 'shipping partner' is "JET E-COMMERCE LOGISTIC INC' which is a Chinese forwarding company which works directly with the post office to deliver international packages from China to the USA. Joyride may say they're in California, but your harness is coming from China which is why it is going to take so long and you get the run around when you start asking where your package is. They prey on customers with their "giving back..." and "family business" front, meanwhile what you've really got is a Chinese company using a USA home address as a front. Just Google "JET E-COMMERCE LOGISTIC INC" and you can get all the facts in just a click.

I HIGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE THIS HARNESS. I ordered a Joyride Harness for my pup a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I have received 3 emails with "updates" on my order... but they contain no actual information about my order. "We thought we'd reach out and give you a quick update on your shipment, as keeping you informed is important to us. As we are also continuing to receive a large increase in orders during this time, we are currently experiencing small delays in fulfilfilment. Our team is hard at work fulfilling orders and we want to assure you that yours is being processed! We will make sure to keep you updated on the progress of your order every step of the way." I have hike planned next weekend and was planning to use this harness for it. I decided that in spite of the delays I'd like to cancel my order. I cannot reach anyone to cancel it. Their customer support number isn't a working number and I've not received a reply via email. I think that I've been scammed. ***update, after filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Puglife has agreed to cancel my order.

We bought a Joyride Harness for our Corgi who is only 8 months old. He pulled and pulled after only a week of using it. I tried to return it, but without the tags there is nothing they will do for you.
