After waiting for months to get my replacement item (leash) for a returned harness...I am very pleased with the product. Although the seatbelt attachment appears too small and flimsy, the rest of the setup is a very well made and comfortable for both me and my dog. It's too bad the CS was horrible initially but you redeemed yourselves by finally handling this issue (after multiple calls and emails) and sending me my product. If you can improve on your CS, you'd get 5's across the board. You do have some nice products so you have that going for you.. Good luck, better late than never I guess.

We ordered two, we have two dogs. Overall we like the quality of harness, but it’s not true to size and the buckle it too big.

I Ike the harness however, both my dogs manage to get there front legs thru the chest portion of the harness. This is despite having it snugly placed on them. Otherwise, it’s a sturdy well made harness for both my Yorkie and my larger dog. While the yorkie can still pull he is not doing it as much or for as long.

I have a 100 lb Bernese Mountain Dog. The harness works well for our long walks. The wrap around strap and clip that goes under her belly, behind her front legs does loosen up during each walk and I have to readjust it each time. Would prefer that this stayed more consistently where I want it for a secure fit. Otherwise, I love the harness. Rugged and well made.

Loved the harness 1) Ease of use 2) Multi position clips 3) One buckle attachment Unfortunately, on my 70lb olde English Bulldogge under pressure the buckle would pop open. Could not nor would I be able to trust her safety. Maybe if it had a metal buckle, not sure.

Really like these. My only concern is the buckle is big for our little 10 lb dog. For our 70 lb dog it’s great. Overall, these are easy to put on and take off.
