Not worth the money
Not worth the money. Our dog slipped out of it. When walking our dog she saw another dog and slipped out of the harness.

We definitely recommend a snug fit, only about a finger width of space beneath each strap to keep even the little escape artists secure. Product ok
Product ok. Tried to make contact with concerns through FB and website to no avail. Purchased another harness from a different vendor, it's exactly the same, but...I was able to have my dog's name embroidered on it for exactly $20 less.

I was so excited about the harness but…
I was so excited about the harness but it does not fit my dog well. I got the size the website (and the online chat person I chatted with) recommended -- an XL -- but it just doesn't fit. My dog has a narrow chest and I maybe should've gotten a L, because the harness seems too tight in her armpits and I have to re-adjust it almost every time I put it on her. She is pulling just as hard as ever.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The plastic piece that holds the harness length broke after a few months so the harness was too loose on my dog. Could not use the harness after that. Too much money paid for this.

This harness does not work for my dog
This harness does not work for my dog. She is a small English bulldog and it does not deter her pulling in the least. Using the side clip does not turn her around as was shown in the video. I wish I could get my money refunded. I do believe it is made well but design does not work for all dogs.

the harness itself is excellent but I had to reorder as the hook came out of the stitching.It was guaranteed for free replacement as it was company's fault which was great. The problem is getting the replacement as it comes from China and there is no way to track your order even tho they give you a order no. and tracking no. I contacted where I bought it from and really didn't get any good reason as to why I couldn't track it except for the virus we are all facing. but still this was reordered some where in jan and they sent out emails feb 17 all open orders were being shipped out and it is now mar 25 and I still don't know where or if I will ever receive my order One unhappy customer
