Melissa I.
My dogs, puppy beagles, ate through the harnesses in a months time. Not at all durable like suggested.
Response from Joyride HarnessMar 26, 2022
Hi Melissa, We do not advertise our harness as chew proof. This is why we added lifetime warranty to get replacements in these cases.
Robert P.
Poorly constructed. The straps used were too slick and, as such, would not stay adjusted. It loosed up every time it was used. The hardware was not as sturdy as that used by the harness I replaced it with. Plus, it too a long time between ordering and receiving the harness.
Response from Joyride HarnessMar 26, 2022
Hi Robert, I am sorry to hear you had this trouble. We were not aware of the slick strap. I will have one of our agents reach out to you.

Joyride called me a liar that the damage done from the dog wearing the harness 2 hours could not possibly happen. Even though they saw the tracking that it was received the same day. No exchange, refund, future discount or anything offered. Just bad juju that I’m a liar! Eff you!

Hi Nancy, Thank you for your feedback and efforts in reaching out. We appreciate it very much. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our products and services.

It didn't help control his pulling. I returned it months ago.

I am giving you a crappy review because it is now March 22 and I have been waiting for my harness since I ordered it on March 3. I believe you have sent this on a slow boat to China.
Response from Joyride HarnessMar 25, 2022
Unfortunately when we shipped your harness from GA not China, we did not anticipate bad weather. It also stated the delay was caused by weather right on the tracking notification from our shipping partners. We do not have control over weather or the delays once the shipment has been sent to the shipping partners. The poor review was because of something out of our hands. Please keep this in mind when you write future reviews. https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/orders/33812203047808783/details/92748999963626000099452152 -Greetings : Your package experienced a delay while in transit to you due to poor weather and road conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience. Kindly allow an additional 24 hours beyond the estimated delivery date for it to be delivered. Thank you for your patience as we work through this weather event.

the front strap doesn't stay fastened I would never recommend these due to the poor design

Worst harness ever for a small dog
Response from Joyride HarnessMar 27, 2022
Hi Angela, I am sorry to hear it did not work for your small dog. I use the harness myself on my XS dog and 2 size small dogs and they do not have a problem with them. If you need tips or help with sizing we are happy to make suggestions. Please email our team. [email protected]

Purchased the harness in October 2020. Used mostly for riding in the car. Buckle broke the other day. Contacted company to ask about possible repair because otherwise it is in good shape. Was basically told because it was outside the 365 day guarantee tough luck. Won't purchase a replacement harness from them that's for sure.
Response from Joyride HarnessMar 8, 2022
I am sorry about that. We do now offer a lifetime warranty so that your harness is covered for the lifetime not just 365 days. We do hope you consider this with the next purchase. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
