This is my second pug life harness. I only gave a 3 star rating because the second harness I bought was not up to par with the first harness I purchased. I loved my first puglife harness! We got our pup a new one for Christmas. I wish I had kept the first. This second harness doesn't have the quality that the original harness had. I believe you have changed names and now I believe the quality. Not only does it not feel the same but the Velcro is not secure like the first. My dog has gotten loose twice now because of the Velcro not being secure. I will be contacting the company when I get a chance.

We loved the harness initially. Pro’s: it helped our dog learn to walk at a pace with us without pulling. It was simple to put on and easy to adjust. Love the ability to adjust it easily to fit her. Really like the reflective band With less fuss to put it on she would sit and let us put it in her. Cons: after about a year the belly strap doesn’t stay put. We have to adjust it frequently or the harness will slide around. That is the only negative about the harness. Otherwise it is well made.

Love the harness but unfortunately it didnt work for us. Kipper pulls; unfortunately this didnt prevent him from pulling as advetised.

I ended up buying a new harness, different brand. When my dog would get excited and pull hard, the harness opened up and I would have to scramble to get it reattached. First time it happened I thought I did something wrong but when it happened a second and third time I replaced it.

Your harness are very well made. Very sturdy and easy to put on, but your customer service needs a great deal of improvement.

I don’t know if my dog is especially hard on his harness, but the reflective strip on the chestband is almost totally gone, otherwise the harness is holding up nicely, but I walk him early in the morning the the reflective strip would help getting him noticed.

I like the ease of the harness, but the plastic buckle opens on me when the dog tugs .. I cant trust it.. I had to sew a strip of velcro to cover the buckle so if and when it lets go, the velcro will hold it together.. I dont think I would spend my money on another one with plastic buckles.. sorry guys

End of Feb I ordered the Limited Winter All-in-One harness, order number 417878. I never received the LED lights. I called customer service and informed them of these missing items. Well? When are they coming? I paid extra for these. Thanks.
