My puppy was able to get out of his…
My puppy was able to get out of his harness. I even tightened it to fit snug. I don’t not trust it. Also the leash twists. I would think for the price I paid for these items the quality would be better. Very disappointed because this came highly recommended.

The harness has too large of buckles on…
The harness has too large of buckles on the side which caused him to limp and hold his tail down! We spent $278 at the vet only to find out there was nothing wrong with him except for his harness. We weren’t very happy about that.

We are sorry to hear your dog did not like the harness. Sometimes with new harnesses It does take a little longer for dogs to get used to the saddle feeling. We have changed the return from the gift card to the original form of payment. We do hope you find something that works for your baby.

The harness rides up
The harness rides up. My small dog backed himself right out of it. And it does not stop pulling.

Harness is ok
Harness is ok. Does not stop my 75 lb dog from pulling. I would not buy it again

This harness is not meant for elderly…
This harness is not meant for elderly people who have limited strength left in their hands. I had trouble pushing in the tabs to lock and unlock the harness. Had to send it back because my 90 yr old mom definitely couldn't manage that clip. Having to pay for shipping to get the item and then pay to return it was not a pleasant buying experience. I would tell others to purchase this harness on Amazon, which I wish I had done, but wanted a fun color.

Hi Lorraine, The buckles on our harnesses, especially in larger sizes, are quite hefty and we realize they can require a bit of strength to latch/unlatch. That’s to hold up to stronger dogs that pull or are prone to lunging when distracted. We would never want that buckle to randomly release, so that “stiffness” is necessary to keep them secure. Your dog’s safety is of the utmost importance to us and our buckles need to hold up to that notion.We wish we had more to offer, but aside from getting used to the motion of latching and unlatching that buckle, we don’t have any added tips, unfortunately. If you find that just isn’t working out for you due to the difficulty, please keep the return policy in mind as we do want you to be happy with your purchase.

It was super expensive not to do either well.
The 3 rings are fabulous. The design of stars is super cute. The plastic snap is very hard for me to get snapped & unsnapped. I have carpel tunnel & arthritis in my right hand, and it is very difficult for me to say the least. Based on the fact that they sell the seat belt bundle I thought this would be good harness for walks as well as car harness to attach seat belt too. I am not over the moon on either. It was super expensive not to do either well.

The design is very good
The design is very good, however, the size of strapping, metal loops, and buckle are way too large for a 5-10 lb. dog (size XS). Luckily i sew. Ive had to take the "harness" completely apart and replace all "hardware" with smaller materials. Also the angle of the under belly strapping and buckle needs to angle more towards the rear of the dog. This will keep that strapping from rubbing on the front leg armpits. Thank you, Barbara Cook

Poor buckle design
Great convenient design for getting the harness on. However, the buckle is too large and hits right behind my dog's leg. My dog kept stopping biting and poking at the buckle. It was obvious that it was uncomfortable. Therefore, in my opinion the wrong harness for my dog.

Thank you for your feedback. If the buckle is rubbing or causing issue then we believe that harness needs to be adjusted for proper sizing and fit. If there is any friction or rubbing behind the leg then we recommend loosening up the front Velcro strap, so the harness sits further back on the dog. This should create enough distance between the buckle and the leg.If this still does not work for your dog. We do wish you luck in finding something that works better.
