I really like this harness, as does my dog. BUT it has started to come apart at the stitching in a spot, and I haven’t had it that long.

I’m a big fan of Joyride harnesses. I have pugs and I really appreciate how easily they can be put on and taken off. I currently have 5 different ones. The most recent one is a beautiful purple gingham pattern. I got it for a rescue pug I am fostering. The closure is very stiff and I have to struggle to open it. Hence the 4 stars. None of the other harnesses have had this issue.

I bought a Harness for my puppy and have bought a second one now that he's 8 months old. Love the quality and substance of these harnesses, but only issue is how long it took to come!! Be patient. Worth the wait.

Edited: I recently started using this again. It moves a bit but now that my dog is chunky it’s not too much of a problem. Also super easy to put on! I adore how this harness looks, but it we find the belly strap loosens over the course of a walk to the extent that my dog has slipped out of it in public on a couple of occasions. Luckily she comes when called :) I initially thought there was something wrong with the belly strap and they were good enough to send a replacement, so customer service is great but we have the same issue with the replacement. My dog does have a tendency to pull a bit, but she’s a 20 lb puggle so not ridiculously strong so I think this is a design flaw. This doesn’t ultimately do what we need it to do the hunt for an easy on secure cute harness that doesn’t encourage pulling continues.

I too had an issue with shipping, received an email that I would receive an additional email with tracking details. it never arrived, tracked my order on the website and there was a tracking notice but only a label created. I emailed asking about this and no reply after 5 days. I then sent them a message on Facebook explaining the situation. I had a response within 24 hours asking if they should ship again or refund. I asked for them to ship again. Within 24 hours again they messaged back a new FedEx tracking number that showed the parcel picked up. From what I gather with the responses I had with Joyride harnesses, they are completely and utterly overwhelmed at this time. Think about it, all of a sudden you have millions of people layed off or fur-lowed and want something to go on better walks with your fur babies. And on top of that you are a Small business that is now swamped. The email did not work well, FaceBook is much better. I will have my 3 harnesses May 7 after I ordered April 13.

Great product! Finally I found a harness that fits and is comfortable for my Labrador ! It take about 2 weeks to get it so ! But if your looking for a good harness this is it !

UPDATE: They made things right💖 I received my harnesses today after some correspondence (I was finally able to communicate through Facebook). The harnesses fit well and look great! We’re looking forward to lots of comfortable walkies. ORIGINAL post: Frustrated frontline aviation worker here!! I wanted to do something nice for my fur babies as they are a huge part of my life... so I purchased 2 harnesses. My bank statement shows the purchase at the beginning of April. No confirmation number was given at the time of purchase, but a “Thank you for your 1st purchase” e-mail was sent, followed by multiple “buy more product” emails. I have sent multiple emails with no response!! In such a challenging time it is criminal to take advantage of anyone! Hopefully this company will do the right thing. If they make it right I will modify my review.

I ordered my harness April 3rd. Finally my order arrived. I have a Maltese and ordered a small. It’s a little big but I know I couldn’t exchange it for a x - small. Decided to keep it.
