When I ordered the harnesses last year you only sent me two and I ordered four. Tried sending several emails but never got a response from you

The harness is well made, very sturdy. It just doesn't fit my dog. He is a 10 # Chi. He slips out of it easily.

The harness does not work for my dog as I hoped it would. Also I have only had it a few months and one of the rings came apart and the fabric of the harness is fraying.

customer service was great, but my dog could slip the collar. she is 11 lbs and flew away from me, I was glad I was in a park not walking her along a busy road.

It looks like a great harness, but it didn’t stay on my dog...in fact, the Velcro kept coming off and on the off chance that it did stay on, if I pulled it to get my dog to go in a different direction, it would come off and then she could get loose. I didn’t feel confident using it. The harness didn’t fit where the Velcro connected because the front couldn’t be tightened enough. There wasn’t enough to strap it to. I bought the leash to go with it as well and it works fine, but I wish that it was longer. I do like how sturdy it is and the loop that allows you to hold your dog closer. If I could make a suggestion for the harness it would be to get rid of the Velcro and just make an adjustable clip on the back to avoid a sensitive area when trying to remove it and avoid the whole problem with the harness coming off. Needless to say, I don’t use it anymore and I feel like I wasted my money.

The harness snaps open if dog pulls hard. I tried to contact them never got a reply or letter. I am very disappointed. The quality of the harness is poor

No matter how tight we have the chest strap and the belly strap our dog can back out of the harness.

My dog still pulls no matter what side I put the leash.
