Placed order on 4-5-2020 Same as all other complaints Item still has not shipped they do not respond to my email. A label was created on Sunday 4-12 but still not picked up by fedex. As the other reviewers have stated, I have reached out in numerous ways in numerous formats and have received no contact from the company. Company Issued Refund yesterday 4-24....Thank You

I purchased this harness because of the claim "it'll be the last harness you'll every buy." I am not happy with my purchase. I have a 1 year old Akita mix and she pulls really bad. The harness is well made, but does not stop my dog from pulling. I am really disappointed in this harness, now I am going to buy a halti (which I used on my previous dog) because I know this one works.

Hello, Cresencio - We do offer a 365 day warranty that would cover any product not holding up to our standards, so unfortunately, this is now past the warranty date. We do apologize on that and wish you the best.

I bought this solely because of the promise that it would stop my dog from pulling. Well, it doesn't. She pulls as much as ever, regardless of which loop I attach the leash to. On top of that, the strap that goes around her chest does not stay at the correct tightness. As she pulls, it starts to gradually slip, causing it to loosen up. Twice she has pulled completely out of the harness because of this. It is easy to put on and take off, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about it.

The harness worked really well. I had no more issues with pulling and it was easy to put on my dog. The problem was with the plastic buckle. It didn’t last very long and when I emailed the company, I did not get a reply. I would have liked a replacement to try again but was never contacted. I will not be purchasing another one.

The harness goes on easy and fits well. My dog is 30 pounds, small but muscular. He eventually pulled all three leash rings out of the harness. I owned the harness for less than a year and had to throw it away.

Second one for my dog and the strap adjustment around the chest breaks. Very disappointed.
