I bought 3 harnesses. We don't like them much and wish we could get our money back. Our husky can get out of her harness no matter what. The straps on all 3 loosen very easily and fast...causing the harness to loosen and fall off. Especially when wet. The harnesses also tend to slide to the sides of the dogs. We make them snug, but the back part always lifts. And the snap in buckles are really big and it totally looks like it is irritating my puppies arms. The tighter make the harness, the more her front legs are constricted. The husky pup no longer likes her harness. We want our money back. We will be getting better fuller harnesses that have 3 straps and hug the body more. More escape proof.

We tried the harness on our AmStaff for a week, but ended up returning it. The harness appeared to be made of quality, heavy-duty materials and seemed to have real promise, and our dog looked like such a Big Boy in it as compared to his previous harness. The ease of putting his harness on and off was a great improvement. But the velcro kept rubbing against his neck and the chest strap kept loosening and the buckle popped loose when we walked the dog. On at least 3 occasions, my dog escaped, but thankfully he didn't get far. When I called the company, I did not get to speak with a person because the automated message referred me to their website. I even tried to email multiple times, but did not receive a response. I mailed the collar back almost a week ago, but still haven't heard back.

Last year I bought a Pug Life Harness for my dog! It was amazing. It held up to normal wear and tear. The only time I had to adjust anything was when he got bigger and I had to make the neck and chest straps longer. Last month I bought him a new one, a Joyride Harness. While it looks exactly the same, it is not. I have to adjust the chest strap multiple times per day because it doesn't stay tight around his body. My dog is not a major puller on the leash and I don't think that this harness does what is advertised. I should not have to continuously tighten the chest strap. It should stay put! I was happy with my original purchase last year but I am not happy with the quality of the second harness. Very disappointed!

I was super excited to try this harness. My 8 month old cocker spaniel pulls and this harness is no different. Used it on a walk tonight and he nearly pulled my shoulder out of the socket! Very disappointed. Waste of money.

We finely received the harness after waiting 3 1/2 weeks and receiving nothing but lies from the company in the interim. The harness shipped from a location in Sacramento, CA. and appears to be well made. Again, they must be taking orders to get the cash needed to have the harnesses made. A legitimate company will not charge your card until the item ships so there is something flaky going on with them. I will not purchase anything else from them going forward.

Current situation. Their website (and an auto respond email I received) says that my package is "In transit", even showing a little pin in the middle of the US that shows that my order is on a Fedex truck somewhere in Kansas headed my way. Fedex, however has a different story. Shipping label created, no package for Fedex to ship. There is no package. Just a shipping label. Again, their website and emails shows my package being in Kansas headed my way when Fedex tracking shows nothing but a shipping label with no package. Nothing "In transit". After posting on their Facebook page, I was contacted via Messenger and offered a refund which I accepted and, according to another email I received, has been processed.

I bought this harness for my rescue coonhound to teach him to walk on a leash. The first time I used the harness the plastic snap closure popped open. Thank God I still had a leash on his collar or my dog would be gone. This harness definitely needs a better closure device, perhaps a metal one or some type of safety clasp to prevent the clip from opening.
