Your sizing standards don't take into consideration did that are xxs. The xs was no where near small enough for our Yorkies.

I am sorry you feel that way. We do not have a big enough market for XXS dogs. We can not carry a entire line for less than 1% of customers. We do hope you understand.

I purchased a harness for my dog a few months ago. Right after I completed the purchase I received an email saying I had an offer for 20% off as an enticement to finish my purchase. Well that felt like a burn. I reached out to JoyRide asking that they apply the discount to the purchase, their reply was they would have to review my request even though they were the ones to offer the discount. After several weeks they decided to honor their discount offer, but only after I said I’d just return the harness and buy another one somewhere else. I’m never buying anything from them again. It would have been preferable if they hadn’t offered me a discount at all, instead of going through some corporate rigmarole.

Hi Max, The email request was placed on 11/30 and the refund was processed on 12/03. This is not weeks. I am not sure where the time frame you are referring to is coming from.

Not for larger, stronger dogs as advertised. Before we go any further, please note I have an advanced degree in physics and yes I did watch the videos. Its two velcro straps. In my case the velcro came un sewn causing a weak point and the strip to pull apart. The return policy is very finite. You can only return it if and only if its still has all the tags, original packaging and unused. How can you know if it will work if you can't try it? Here is my experience. I have a 110 pound Rottweiler and bought this product for ease of wear and reduced pulling. It was easy to put on but reduced pulling did not happen. I could live with it if it was easier to put on they the 4 point harness I have now. However, the biggest problem was the velcro. A big truck scared my dog and she took off, the velcro did not hold. It actually came un sewn. AS did my shoulder from the sudden pull. She broke loose and ran. Luckily I was close by my house when it happened. Quality of construction is not there. I would only trust this for small petite dogs.

Hi Bud, We advised you the harness was not put on correctly. When the harness is put on correctly the velcro is very secure. We do have a video on how to put it on.

I have had a terrible time with this company. My harness will not stay tight som my dog can slip out of it. I have been trying to either get a refund (or try another harness) since December with very poor customer service.

I am so sorry for the delay. I have reached out to my team to have a harness sent out to you asap. Please email us in 24 hrs for a tracking number for the replacement.

The buckles are too big for such a small harnass.

The harness does not stay tight enough and my dog squirms out of it. She's a runner, so I need a secure harness or collar to keep her on a leash and safe.
Response from Joyride HarnessMar 27, 2022
Hi Karen, I am sorry you are going through this. I will have an agent reach out to you regarding this issue. We were not aware of it prior to this.

My dogs were able to pull out of the harnesses. When I tried to return the harnesses it took multiply emails and over a month to complete the return. They are expensive and not as advertised.

We realize the harness isn't a magic cure for all dogs, but we have thousands of positive reviews and testimonials from dog owners that this harness has helped. Folks are always happy to share and our goal is always to make walking and adventures better for everyone. We're sorry that it did not help in your particular case. We do wish you the best!
