I was in love with this harness, the look and the fit. My dog suffers from sensitive skin and this one seemed to be comfortable. Everything was great until we encountered other dogs. He pulled so hard it knocked me off my feet and dragged me a bit even while I was digging my feet into the ground. He’s never pulled this hard in any other harness. While the look and irritation of the other harnesses are not ideal, they kept him from pulling. The video I found on how to useharness was very basic. I wonder if there is a way to trouble shoot to make sure the fit is correct. My greater concern is the durability. After experiencing his full strength I’m worried he could snap the buckles with that sort of pulling… For now, I have to go back to the less comfortable, less fashionable harness. I contacted customer service about this issue and I’m still awaiting their response. Hoping it’s refundable.

Our sweet Sawyer continues to be a challenge walking after adopting him 7 yrs ago. He went thru 2 previous families before us. His 2nd person kept him in a crate for 12 to 14 hrs a day becuz of her job - how awful for him - he's such a sweetheart to us but terrible on a walk. Your harness helped a little at 1st but another old one I bought years ago & gave a try a few months ago is working better. He actually doesn't pull all the time the last few weeks. Thx for a product that gave a good effort 👌

This is my second joyride harness. The first I had for 4 years which is excellent. This one is hard to release - the clasp is so tight it’s very difficult. I also bought the little light they have an attachment but it doesn’t fit the harness on any of the places you might put something like that. So while I think the harnesses are great, I would not buy the light again, and I hope I just happen to have got a very tight buckle and they’re not all like this. Because they really are generally great harnesses.

It is a nice harness, but it doesn't seem to help with pulling at all which is why I bought it. Oh well!

Your harness is great but for a small dog the steel rings outside of harness are too big for the coats etc.they should be smaller.

This harness is just ok. I was excited to try it after seeing all the ads. I ordered a large for my 58lb golden doodle, it fit but the strap has to be continuously adjusted to fit, it won’t stay in place. The release clasp is also VERY difficult to fasten and unfasten if you have small or arthritic hands.

The harness does not stay tight. Every time I use it I have to readjust back to the correct tightness. And even then slides side to side. Disappointing.

I do love the easy on harness and use it to clip it to my seatbelt in the car. When lifting the dogs by the handle however they can slip out the back, therefore this is not been great for using to transfer them from our boat dock to the boat or on the one dog had a herniated disc and needed help going up the stairs it was fine for a short left but again for a long left I had to get a harness that had a rear clip and handle on the rear as well.
