I placed the order before saw this review site on July 3rd. Apparently it is currently “stuck” in Stow, Ohio “TENDERED TO DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER” I contacted USPS about the lost package and this is what they said “ Item has not entered the mail system at this time, please contact the shipper for an update.”. What gives!!????? I am still pestering the company. I am now starting to distrust this biz.

The Joyride Harness seems good so far, but our dog doesn't like it. I would have rated the harness higher, but the customer service is less than one star. They don't answer the phone... Their online chat didn't work... After several emails, they finally responded but didn't fix the problem. The issue was an offer when checking out. Sure was not user friendly. Sent an item I didn't want. They allowed me to return an item for exchange, but this could have been solved by answering their phone, chat, or email. Very poor slow customer service! Joyride harness was recommended to me by a neighbor as my dog is difficult on walks, and is good at backing out of her harnesses. The harness loosens up during my dog's walks. It is ridiculous. It does not stay snug on her. By the end of our walks, it was sliding all over the place, and I had stopped a few times to retighten it in the middle of walking her. I hate this. It's dangerous. I have resorted to using a ponytail holder and wrapping it around the strap at the adjustment area to hold it in place and keep it from sliding to a looser position. The only reason I don't give it only one star is because with this adjustment I made, so far my dog has not been able to back out of the harness. The first harness I received had a rough spot that rubbed a raw area on my dog's underbelly, so I had to exchange it. I felt the exchange took a long time, and felt the customer service was a bit lacking. It's a lot of money to pay for something that I've found less than satisfactory.

The harness constantly loosens and slides to Beau’s side. I readjust the straps every time I take it off, to make sure it is tight on the next walk. I contacted customer service, but never received a response. The daily loosening is frustrating, researching other harnesses.

I have not had a good experience- the harness looked great when I ordered it! My dog is small - he is about 14 lbs I ordered the small and we were getting ready to do a doggy dash and it just slides right off I’ve messaged your company twice asking how I exchange it and no answer - I love the harness but my dog must need the extra small - he does have slippery hair lol I need help thank you

I ordered two and had pretty high expectations from the glowing reviews on social media. One harness was too small even though my dog’s measurements were right in the middle of the medium sizing. Like, it wouldn’t even clip when extended all the way! The other harness was a size small and my Maltese loathed this thing! The straps and clip are way too big for the size of the harness. The clip spooked my little dog so bad that he tried to bite it. He’s the most docile 12yr old dog ever. He’s practically a throw pillow that breathes and eats and has never ever bit anything or anyone in his life! The actual harness pieces looked to be ok quality, but definitely not even worth the “50%” price. I think normal comfort harnesses are higher quality. I really wanted these to work for my dogs, but I can’t keep something that terrifies my dog and doesn’t fit the other one. Kind of stinks that I lost $8 in a return fee, but at least I didn’t lose the full $75 I spent originally. Oh and when returning, you have to make sure there is no fur on the harness. Which is virtually impossible due to the material on the inside of the harness and the GIGANTIC Velcro strap.

I don't believe this is a scam company but I do believe they are out of their depth with a lot of over inflated/fake reviews. The phone number on the website doesn't work, apparently it's being "fixed". Don't expect communicative customer service, the third party online chat will take your details promising someone will call you within 24-48hrs. They wont call! I questioned how they were going to call me if the phone lines are broken? Apparently they're only broken for inbound calls but can make outgoing calls. The actually harness itself is not a true "no-pull" harness but it does take the edge off. We bought it as my wife is pregnant and doesn't need to be dragged down the road by a 100lb Bernese pup. Seems to be well constructed but it way to early to tell if it's built to last. In all honesty there are exactly the same style harnesses in the major pet stores which will take the hassle out of the buying process.

The strap around the belly is velcro rather than closing via a clasp. This is not secure enough for me. I am also dissatisfied with the return process. Free exchange but they hit you for $7.95 to return it via USPS first class
