The harness is very cute and stylish....and that's it. It does not deter my dog in the slightest from pulling. I wish I had kept the tag on so I could return. It was very overpriced for what the product does (just a cute harness)

I purchase 4 harnesses, two for my grand-dogs which are Cavapoos and two for my husbands dogs which are French Brittanie’s. The harnesses work really well for the small Cavapoos, but not so much for the larger French Brittanies. I ordered mediums for both FB but needed a large for one so I contacted the company and they sent a large and a return label to return the medium. During that process, we began having issues with the medium we kept. It kept loosening on its own during our walks. I again contacted the company and requested authorization to return both harnesses for a refund. They promptly sent an email with a link to process the returns but the link didn’t work. I sent several emails explaining the link didn’t work, but got no response.

The harness was great. I bought one. SINCE THEN i have been harassed by texts several times a day for a year in spite of requesting to be unsubscribed!

My dog was frighted by the harness. And since then I have problems putting a leash on her. So we’re back to square one. I think you harness is a good thing to use but my dog has anxiety problems due to abuse by first owner. We’re working with her to feel less scared.

I bought a harness for my large dog (85 pounds), as well as a seatbelt lock, and a baggy dispenser. Absolutely none of it worked out! The harness seems really well made, no question there, but no matter how I adjusted it, the thing slid all around her body and would never stay in place! And stopping her from pulling? Far from it! It never stayed in place to be able to do the job... Then there is the seatbelt, where the clip that attaches to the dog is flimsy and weak - she broke that the FIRST TIME we used it, by trying to jump out of the car (I didn't let her) and it just snapped... And the doggy bag dispenser? It only holds the bags that came with it. Bags I got from other vendors are too thick, so I need to tear off a few bags before the rolls can fit inside.

The harness itself is okay - nothing special though and after some use will start to slip and not stay tight on the adjustment. I'll consider that wear and tear. I did however have a new one that would not stay adjusted. So I reached out and asked about a replacement. Seemed simple enough and I received a fairly quick response back, about a replacement being sent. But the replacement didn't arrive within a couple of weeks. So I reached out again and then the fun started. After two months, eleven emails/posts/chats (most of which went unanswered) and a complaint filed with the BBB, I finally got the replacement. Customer service isn't that hard... or at least it shouldn't be. ** In response to the reply - "to be fair", the harness was NOT delivered before my BBB complaint was filed, nor was the supervisor's response. I filed my complaint on 3/15. The BBB did not process it until 3/23. On the same day I actually filed the report, I received the supervisor's response assuring me she had personally placed my order and would provide tracking within 24 hours. So apparently, despite ALL of my previous email requests for a tracking number, my order was NEVER even processed until that time. And despite the fact the supervisor was aware of my customer service issues, she did NOT follow up within 24 hrs as promised. I had to reach back and ask for it AGAIN and finally received a tracking number on 3/18. I stand by my review - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I tried to return my harness for a smaller size but wanted to hold on to the first one until I received the smaller one just to be sure it was the better fit and even called the company to see if it was possible and I would send back the one that didn’t fit, and they would not budge. I explained my dog was a Boston Terrier and I always have problems with getting a harness that would fit probably. So being I was not able to do that, I just bought a smaller knock off harness and it fit perfectly! I just gave the other one away. Pretty sad customer service would not work with me. I will never recommend or buy from this company again.
