I wish I'd seen these reviews before I made a purchase. I've had the exact same problem many of the other reviewers refer to: the strap around the dog's chest is too slick and loosens immediately. I can't keep the harness snug to my dog. I have reached out to the company and await their response though now I'm not optimistic they'll address it. I recommend buying another harness—probably at half the cost.

This company is dishonest. As many people have mentioned, the underbelly strap is too slippery and does not hold in place. As soon as my dog starts pulling the harness becomes looser, to the point my dog can get out of it. I mentioned this problem to their support group, who assured me that shouldn't happen and they sent me a replacement. Problem is it's the same exact material and has the same issue coming loose. They know this is a product defect, but instead of fixing it they continue to lie and say it's an isolated issue when it's not.

The strap that goes under the chest is way too slippery and with any pulling, (and my dog pulls a lot!), it loosens so that by the time I get home the harness is a very sloppy fit. It's a design flaw in my opinion and I'm disappointed.

The harness would be great if the buckle didn’t loosen up all the way after each use. I bought 2 for my dogs and both harnesses are doing the same thing. Very frustrating to have to readjust the girth belt every day which is necessary for it to fit properly.

This harness may be easy to put in and take off but the tightness slides down and it’s no longer secure around the girth. The material is slippery and there’s no way to keep the buckle from sliding. Very frustrating. A big design flaw. I won’t be able to use this anymore because if it. And, to make matters worse, the buckle hits just where his left elbow (front left leg) is when he walks/trots/runs. Disappointing.

It took a number of weeks and emailing the company before I finally received the harness. That said, it looked just like the photo and at first appeared to fit my dog. I did measure her exactly as instructed on the website to get the right size. The problems came when we would go for walks. First the large clasp on the left side of the dog appeared to be uncomfortable for her times, sometimes digging into her side. Most important, I was constantly having to tighten the harness as it kept coming loose around her body. I hoped it would work out, but unfortunately I did end up returning it. NOTE - You do not get a full refund as you are charged a "re-stocking cost of $7.95"which is noted on their website on the return page. So in actuality, you lost what you paid to have it originally shipped to you and the cost to ship it back to them. My refund for $42 ended up being $28. I gave it two stars because the harness does appear to be sturdy and does look like you see it on the website.

I am disappointed. I’m new to harness collars. The ad looked good so I bought for my Dauchund. First the above leg Velcro has to be attached on the inside which is awkward and difficult. And it’s sharp edges will be right around the neck. The below leg strap seems to fit and work fine but why all the bulk of the main above neck harness. It seems extraneous and what purpose is all the padding? Pressure from the leash will be on the two straps not the top. Looks like it might also be too much for long walk on a hot day. Seems to me to have been designed for fancy looks and not correct function. I’m gonna dig deeper into other choices. I’ve tried it on Willy with no complaints but I really don’t like that sharp edge of the lower strap rubbing at his sensitive neck. I’m not even gonna try it out, I’ll shop elsewhere. Not recommended.

Great product. However customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Slow (as in days or weeks) response to emails. Chat session - I got inaccurate information and they never did what they said they would do.
