Im sorry to hear that. We were not aware this happened to you. We have some tips and tricks that may help you. Hope this helps :) A harness, to dog owners, can seem overwhelming, but to dogs it can seem downright scary at first! Before putting the harness on your dog, here are some tips for making your pup comfortable. Start by allowing your dog to smell the harness. Put a treat on the harness, allowing him/her to eat the treat off it. Touch your dog with the harness, praising each time it makes contact. If the harness has a buckle, you can open and close the buckle, giving the dog a treat when it clicks. Most dogs who don’t like wearing a harness typically have sensitivity to certain areas being touched. To help combat this, pet and stroke your pup on the areas that the harness will be touching. For some dogs, it can take a few weeks for it to begin feeling comfortable. If your dog backs away or nips at you, it’s a sign you’re moving too fast and need to slow down. The straps wouldn't stay adjusted
The straps wouldn't stay adjusted. I had to sew them in place and they stretched, so my dog was able to slip out of it.

Didn't work for Wally
Wally got out the harness the first time on, so we tighten the harness per the instructions on the web site. Once we did that Wally won't move, so the harness didn't work for him.

I had to return my harness it didn’t…
I had to return my harness it didn’t fit. The communication by email which is all they provide was horrible. Very slow to respond, and they deduct your shipping and handling when you return using their label. Eventually they do respond, and did provide the refund

Think twice before buying this harness.
If you buy a harness from them don't take off the tags until you know for sure you will not be returning it. If you do return it make sure there is not (1) hair on it or you won't get a refund. The harness is very stiff and very hard, stiff and difficult to get it on your dog. Plus, my dog wouldn't even move in it, it was so stiff. They request you to take several pictures of it before they will even consider refunding your money. These people are nasty, crooks, very hard to deal with. On line they make it look like no matter what, you will get a refund, NOT. Buying this harness is not worth the hassle you will have, if you need to return it. Buy from someone else. Poor harnesses.

Hi Kathy, I am sorry you are so unhappy. We did process a refund for you back in December. For a small business we do have to protect our well being as well. This is why we ask for photos. It saves time. If someone returns a used harness with dog hair. It will be sent back to the customer. A return does have to be in new condition if the tags are cut off. Thank you for your feedback. We do hope you found something that was better suited for your needs.

Doesn't work
It does not prevent pulling at all, ads are misleading, and the harness now has long threads hanging all over it, unraveling someplace.

The harness did not lessen the pulling…
The harness did not lessen the pulling on the leash in the slight bit. If anything, he pulled more. I watched all the videos and followed the instructions but no luck. Now I have an expensive harness that he wore for four days. As I had said originally, I watched all your videos and the side ring technology unfortunately did not work for us.

Hi Theresa, The side ring technology on this harness is what makes it a great training tool, especially for dogs who are fearful or hyperactive or hard to train.
