We will try your suggestion of loosening the front tab and adjust the harness to sit back further. Could you send us pictures of how the harness should look on the dogs. Thank you for your response. Your harnesses look very well made but they do not fit our dogs very well. I have bought both small and extra-small for our jack Russel Terrier mix and the issue is that on the side where the fastener is rubs against their legs and causes irritation and bruises. If the fastener was higher and on the harness face, this could help with the issue. We have five harnesses and I would like to return them. Right now we are looking at other alternatives.

I accidentally ordered two. One had the strap tear in two. The other is half torn. I do like the large loops they are easy to attach to a hook. The harness slips on over my dogs large head easily.

As harnesses go, they're not bad. They're cute, that's for sure. They're not going to solve any pulling problems - the "side" rings are barely off center, so it's not like they really translate to sideways movement. However, the biggest problem with these harnesses is the SATIN TEXTURE WEBBING of the chest strap. Seriously, this stuff is terrible. I was having to readjust my dogs' harnesses in the middle of a walk after having already adjusted it before setting out. I ended up having to stitch over the webbing with my sewing machine so now it's no longer adjustable, but at least I'm not running the risk of my dog slipping out in the middle of a walk.

I wanted to return one of the harnesses because I bought it too big. And when I want online to opt to get a smaller one because I said I had remove the tags they no longer would allow me to return it. Now I’m using a harness on a dog that is way too small. I did order two harnesses for both of our dogs and the tightening straps on both of them are different. One is shiny and slips all the time which I think is a poor construction material and the other one works just fine but again the harness is way too big.

The harness is nice. I don’t believe that it helped my dog from pulling.

I like how the harness is easy on and easy off. However, the belly strap does not stay where I adjust it and no matter the advertisement, our 80 lb German Shepherd puppy still pulls like crazy no matter what ring we put attach the leash to. I would really like there to be a way to attach the leash to the chest of the harness.

The harness is very well made. However, it doesn't work for our 75 pound olde english bulldog who pulls like a sled dog. She can compensate for the side rings, and still pulls straight forward. I would have returned the harness, but I didn't read the refund policy before I tried out the harness. It states that the tags have to be on the harness and there can be NO dog hair on it. How was I supposed to try it on my dog without getting any hair on it and with tags on?? That's a bit ridiculous. So in effect, this harness that works on every dog, doesn't really.

The adjustable strap with the buckle slips over time. It has to be readjusted regularly. And if I’m going to pick nits, the d-ring where the leash attaches rotates out of its intended orientation. A rectangular or round ring would be a better choice. Other than these two gripes the harness works as intended and my dog seems to like it.
