We had a difficult experience with the harness, but the product is well made. Just our puppy was not a fan of wearing it at all.

The harness is beautifully made. My biggest issue is that it helped not at all with pulling. The harness is now assigned to car riding duty where it works well.

Hi Kim, The side ring technology on this harness is what makes it a great training tool, especially for dogs who are fearful or hyperactive or hard to train. It is certainly a good looking harness but it doesn't work on my dog as pictured in the videos. It maybe me but I don't know what else to do accept to put it on and walk him.

This harness looks good and in theory, sounds good. My pup got out of it, just like all of the other brands and the strap in front choked her and hurt her shoulders. Not a good fit for her.

Hi Cathy, While we cannot guarantee it's Houdini-proof as some dogs are just too clever for their own good, it should be very hard to escape out of if properly sized and fitted. We recommend only about a finger width or two of space beneath that belly strap for a nice, snug fit! Also ensure it is secured behind the widest area of their ribs rather than the front legs only. To achieve that, you can loosen the front Velcro chest strap as needed, so the harness sits further back on the dog. This should eliminate their ability to slip out. Sometimes one minor adjustment can make a big difference!For a true escape artist, you might consider a "safety strap" or "safety cord" option that attaches to a collar and the leash for added security for wriggly pups. It's just a backup safety precaution that you can pair with our harness for peace of mind.

Bought this harness for my 8mo old Bernedoodle (standard, male). During a walk today, my puppy one of the side rings started to rip out of its stitching. ☹️

I like the harness but hate that the chest clip needs tightened regularly because it loosens. When loose, my dog could slip out when pulling backwards. Also wish it had a front clip for a seatbelt. Have a rambunctious dog who needs a seatbelt from the back and front to keep him in place.
