Cheap
Shipping was fast. Product is cheap. The XL is a poor fit on my Staffy and Boxador. It is as described so 2 stars. Not buying anything else from this company.

With the two adjustable straps I am very surprised to hear it is not a good fit. If you would have reached out to us prior to this review. Our team may have given tips on how to adjust the harness properly. We do put pride in picking quality items for our harnesses. I am sorry to hear you do not agree.

Disappointing
I was just appointed in this harness. I bought it because my small dog pulls and someone suggested that this would help. It didn’t. In addition he backed out of the harness several times. I ended up donating it to a thrift store.

Did not stop my dog from pulling as…
Did not stop my dog from pulling as well as front clip harnesses. I liked the design, but dog could reach the edge and gnawed on it after only wearing it a couple times. Would not recommend for heavy tuggers or chewers.

Hi Marty, There is no correspondence from you. The buckles on our harnesses, especially in larger sizes, are quite hefty and we realize they can require a bit of strength to latch/unlatch. That’s to hold up to stronger dogs that pull or are prone to lunging when distracted. We would never want that buckle to randomly release, so that “stiffness” is necessary to keep them secure. Your dog’s safety is of the utmost importance to us and our buckles need to hold up to that notion.We wish we had more to offer, but aside from getting used to the motion of latching and unlatching that buckle, we don’t have any added tips, unfortunately. If you find that just isn’t working out for you due to the difficulty, please keep the return policy in mind as we do want you to be happy with your purchase.

We were encouraged by our Vet to get our dog a harness from this business because we had not been able to find one with her broad chest. We measured and ordered but once again we did not find the appropriate fit.

Average service, knockoff product
Average customer service. Almost seemed like an inconvenience when asked any questions. Decent product but seems like a knockoff to others out there. They replied to my original comment acting like they did everything asked of immediately. Guess their definition is unique to only them. I don't think I'd order from them again.

Hi Tommy, I am sorry you feel this way. We emailed you the tracking number for your order on Feb 10th. Then you reached out on the 13th of Feb to ask again about the tracking information and we sent you a response the same day. I am not sure why you believe "Almost seemed like an inconvenience when asked any questions". We answered your question with no hesitations.
