Order Error
I made an obvious mistake ordering 2 of the same item (12" double head bender) and tried canceling one, but no one replied to my several emails. So, I rate you pretty low.

1 week on stock item, no update
I ordered a vagina insert and have waited over a week for it to be shipped. Not delivered, shipped. I tried calling customer support but the first day I only got an automated message saying they're only taking emails. I called back today and they say they're closed even though it's early in the afternoon. I sent multiple emails and only one got a response saying they will look into it and contact me when they hear back. It's been several days and no update on my product. It is still listed as unfulfilled even though they say items in stock ship out immediately and can't be cancelled. They're impossible to reach and have failed to give any substantial help or my product.

Worse customer service EVER!
I made a wrong order and contacted support right away. I send many emails and tried to call them, but they did not respond to any of them. They just shipped the order. Really bad customer service, ive never seen as bad as this, they really dont care if you have problems with your order!

As mentioned by our customer service, you ordered an in stock doll and cancellations or modifications can not be made for in stock dolls or sex toys as these are shipped immediately. We also shared with you the tracking information for your order which is in transit. The body type you ordered and still confirmed in the email you sent with the request is what was sent. This thing weighs a ton and is…
This thing weighs a ton and is basically useless. i wish i had known how heavy it was prior to ordering. Also, the head wouldn't stay on. I packed it back up after trying to lug it upstairs. super sexy though, I wish it had worked out.

Wrong order
Wrong order was shipped and now we’re fighting to either get our money back or have correct item shipped. As of now don’t have a resolution. Based on current experience can’t recommend shopping with JLD.

Caution scam con artist
Got a spin wheel and got 50 dollars of my first order any iteam they wouldnt let me use it and said it have to be over 350 dollars even though iscreen shooted them all the info and was give a slap in the face and award 15 percent off and had to buy the iteam for 50 dollars more because they couldnt own up to the earning on tbere system i had won for signin up this will be my inly anf last order through them unless they give me 50 dollars off any iteam like offered or refund me the 50 bucks i lost because of there negligence and lies i will chnage reveiw one i get the 50 dollars i lost back or 50 dollars plus intrest credit for the unprofessional and scammer like if u ask me and con artist
