Thank you for the feedback Ervin. We greatly appreciate hearing from you. Our customer service replied to your email letting you know we are checking with our factory for the an update on the status of your order for the doll which was a custom order. Following up with our factory they advised your order will be completed in a day or 2. As soon as it is completed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We did not receive any email communication from you to report any issues with your order which was shipped on the the 11th of Oct and shows to have been delivered on the 19th. It shows to have been delivered yesterday on the 16th and the tracking information is as follows: UPS 1ZC228G86741519357 and the note from UPS is that they met with the customer upon delivery.
