(Updated) Joy Love Dolls customer service responded quickly to my recent concerns and got me what I needed so 4 stars.

well, at the beginning I was confused with the order timeline and shipment. The website mentioned the product was available in warehouse stock so shipping would take only a week to deliver to the address. It turned out it was ordered from manufacturer and customized, so it took almost 3 months to arrive. In a meantime I have had some communication exchanges with customer service reps and they weren't so helpful to answer my all questions. They sent me an email with links to rate their service and product itself. Note: it was sent few weeks before the item arrival to my door. Delivered by Fedex - they left the package partially open and placed vertically where shipping instructions clearly say "do not". In that case I hesitated to open the box. I thought the product would be damaged and there is no returns policy. Finally I was able to open and inspect its content and luckily the item wasn't damaged. One small item was missing. I wish them to have better communicating skills with customers. Once because it is not cheap product and second - the client may purchase other items from the JLD company in the future. Luck of taking care of the customer often leads to changing of the supplier. Best wishes

When the order was placed I received an immediate response confirmation with an itemized list of everything in the order. After12 days an email arrived stating that my order had shipped, also included was the itemized list of the contents of the order. as well as a tracking link that informed me that the expected delivery should be in seven days. Everything seems to be going smoothly. Time from placing the order to expected delivery looks like 19 days.

I researched the website and scrolled, and shopped, for many days before I decided to make a $2,000 purchase. So far it has been 12 days and I'm still anxiously awaiting for confirmation that my item is shipped. I understand it may take a couple weeks, and customer service has emailed me once.... I will continue to review this website as my experience unfolds. UPDATE: About 20 days total from order date, my package arrived. It was quite the surprise because I was never given any info about shipping or tracking. As far as I knew, they were still manufacturing and packing. Besides the limited communication, the product is top knotch. She is absolutely beautiful and came exactly as I ordered... With all accessories and modifications requested. I am very happy with Joy Love Dolls for getting me everything I paid for.. perhaps there notification process will improve. Thank you.

I was surprised with the feel. Shipping was very discreet. Inflating the chest area was is difficult.
