We did not receive any email communication from you to notify us if there was anything miissing in this order so we could look into this for you. Order #7105 is the only order we have for you. If anything is missing from this order please do let us know via email and send us pictures of the items you received so we can look into this and assist you.

Thank you for your feedback Fred. Please note the glue and stain remover must be sent alone and it always delays and this is something we can not control. The tracking information for this package is: LV571902554CN through China Post. As for the skeleton you need to use it for some time and it will be ok. If there are still issues you can send us a video to the support email so we can have our factory check on it.

Thank you for your feedback Brian. It sounds like you were rather vigorous with the product when in use. The opening is supposed to be a snug fit for a more realistic experience. Hopefully you were using with a waterbase lube as well. We have found that when lube is not used the sleeve will tend to be subject to damage.
