Buyer beware!!!!! They are not what they says they are!!!!! I placed an order to Ace Hardware but this was a scam and they took my money and this was in November 28th, 2023. LWH-1068. They make up excuses that are ridiculous. Beware!!!! They are SCAMMERS!!!!!!

first of all i got a custom doll and not one of the customization were correct. the doll came pink i ordered tan, i also ordered the s- tps i got reg tps , i also ordered am extra set of eyes and they sent me not only the wrong eyes i ordered but the wrong eyes in the doll, the breasts were to be gell there hollow , and customer service ditched me over to the factory and arent helping me at all, the factory doesn't speak or write english very well and its a tough process explaining to them that i didn't get what i want they keep telling me i did , i have the doll right here i know what i have . nothing no representation from joy love dolls there just watching the emails between i and the facttory getting know where total absolute mess worst order and customer service ive ever gotten from anything that ive ever bought. they should at least represent me on my behave and stick up for me to the factory i do plan on reporting them i sent pictures too of all the wrong stuff and they insist it is right any one cold tell that its the wrong options . so so so so upset and disappointed im a disabled veteran i should get treated better than this .

Doll arrived broken and company did not provide partial refund. I paid 2,652.88 USD for the doll. It arrived with broken feet and it does not resemble the product advertised. JLD sent a plug that isn't compatible with US outlets. When I contacted Customer Service, they eventually sent me glue to fix the doll. Lastly, the doll cannot stand (contrary to the images shown). The company informed me that they use PhotoShop to make it appear the doll stands but she can't stand on her own which is false advertising. Customer Service has since ignored my follow-up emails and my requests for a partial credit. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company didn't respond.

Was to be an Ace Hardware trusted site and I got the lude and crude sex doll site and they are a no good company, they are scammers!!!!!!! I would not give them any stars at all but you have to in order to get to write a review. The worst company, not trustworthy, not who they say they are and make up excuses of your order that was to be Ace Hardware!!!!!!!

Was a 2 inch thick piece of silicone and needs to have more descriptions on what you are actually buying, there was also no vibration of any sort and it was just one hole with 3 oppenings
