Missing things and meh experience
I'm missing things that i paid for and simply have a incomplete order, I have the doll which is the most important part but it was with trouble, I had to personally ask multiple times for a update as I just didn't get one, and by the time I got an update the doll was but 1 day from arriving, costumer service is good but communication seems to my opinion lacking, overall, not too bad but I would expect better for how much you pay for a doll

Poor communication
After purchasing I was missing an item and through multiple emails I have still not received any word from them. Prior to purchasing they were responsive but now that they have all my money they don't respond back. The product almost matched the photo and it shipped and made it to my place within 2 days after order which is incredibly fast.

Too heavy and hard to position
Didn't like how long it took for Dr oll to be delivered.and she is way to heavy and hard to move in to position

I signed up with my email
I signed up with my email, you guys sent me a first order $50 off coupon, I tried to applied it and it said invalid for my order. Then next time please don’t send misleading information if it’s not going to work for first time buyers. Thanks

Okay I’m sorry yeah I didn’t seen any confirmation # and I looked everywhere spam as well and where have you guys responded to me? Can you please email me here at btcmoon1 @ gmail.com and how long does it take to get the refund and will I get a full refund?

It does happen that sometimes emails land in one's spam folder, please do check there as well because from the time you place and pay for an order an email confirmation is sent to the email address you would have provided placing your order. All the emails you sent were replied to. Including the latest update with confirmation from our factory of your order being cancelled as per your request. All emails replies were sent to the email address you were emailing from which is: [email protected] The refund was processed already and how long it will take to reflect in your account differs from bank to bank. The refund is less the 20% cancellation fee as per our cancellation policy which we sent to you on email when you requested to cancel.
