Insanely misrepresented their shipping times, which happens but the biggest issue is Ive emailed a couple times and got no response for 5 days (which btw is what they are currently promoting shipping time), then they write back a 2 sentence unhelpful confusing email, that makes me think they are cancelling my order, I am annoyed, and of course dont get an email back from that clarifying they are not cancelling my order until 4 more days. These are expensive products, surely they can at least respond back within 24 hours, I think that's fairly standard. Also, neither of their emails did they explain or apologize for the slow shipping. 9 days in to what is described online as arriving in 2-5 days. Update: I am back to thinking this is a scam site, I got the smaller part of my order, but the doll has not been shipped and its been 25 days. Super frustrating

I bought something on your site, I never found it...bunch of thieves

We’re sorry for any confusion regarding your order. Your order was refunded on December 29th after the factory informed us that the product you ordered is restricted from being shipped to your country. Please check your payment method for the refund. We apologize for any frustration this may have caused.

I received one part of my order quickly, but the rest hasn't even been picked up by FedEx. According to JLD, it's been ready for pickup since 12/30/2024, but FedEx says JLD hasn’t given it to them. I’ve tried contacting JLD, but all I’ve received are automated responses promising to follow up. At this point, I’d prefer a refund.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and any frustration it caused. We wanted to follow up and confirm that your order was delivered. If you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We truly appreciate your patience and your feedback.

Timeframe from ordering to delivery was almost double what was claimed on the site. I asked for updates after getting no messages after about 2 weeks. The reply i got said they would check with the factory. I didn't get another update until I sent a new message to customer service 6 days later. The communication from the company is poor and the timeframe from order to delivery is considerably longer than the site claims. Update: JLD did send a reply on the 18th like they said in the reply. But that reply was to the inquiry I made on the 12th. I followed up with another message on the 16th and finally got an update on the 18th. And the update on the 18th was only after I sent a completely new customer service request on the 17th. So almost a full week to get an update. And I needed to prod them multiple times to get any information at all. So I’m dropping the review to 1 star because of the omission of timeframes in the reply that misrepresents the real timeframe.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay in your order and for any frustration caused by our lack of timely communication. We understand how important it is to receive updates, especially when delivery times extend beyond expectations. On the 18th of December we did send you an update after you checked. Your experience does not reflect the standard of service we strive to provide. We value your business and your feedback.

Ripped off. Price way too expensive even after the discount. I will never buy from JLD again. I will also make sure that everyone knows JLD's prices are extreme.
