JLD - Joy Love Dolls™Reviews of joylovedolls.com

Good customer service and great products, can’t go wrong with that

Shopping for my doll was relatively easy and they had a great deal. I had some shipping issues where my doll was lost but thankfully the refund process was quick and easy

It seems to be taking forever for the product to arrive. I never imagined it would take over a month.

It a great site but the price range thing doesn't work right. It took me a long time to find somethings I wanted and the description on width and height was not included in all the items.

Exploring the many options for dolls and products as well as payment options was very nice and would recommend this site, however a small complaint I have is that the website itself does seem to lag and could use some optimization as well as more search options for navigation. Otherwise I found customizing and buying my doll a pleasant experience.

I am new to this and so was a little leery about spending so much money on line but the ordering process was easy. I did not get a confirmation of my order immediately so I sent an email asking for confirmation and received a timely response confirming my order.

Easy to order, fast delivery

Was a little expensive. Otherwise it was good
