Will never shop with them ever again!!

The order placed over a week and no response at all. No emails and no phone calls were picked up.

Product arrived damaged, and was missing a few accessories.

So I ordered a toy but I put the wrong address and I wanted to see if I can change that so I emailed them and no response it’s about to be the 3rd day and nothing hopefully I get a answer

The Anastasia doll I configured did not come with a removable vagina even though I paid $70 more for the cyberskin addon. The $50 pubic hair addon is very poor quality. The doll did not come with any of the clothing shown in the pictures.

Ordered the hook set for the body, and head. The piece that the hook goes through was not sent . So basically the doll is holding her head in her hands. This wasn't the first time a critical piece was missing..tmI had ask purchased the cleaning irrigator, the bladder was sent but the tube was missing.

At the time of writing my review, I still have not received my product. I looked at the website in regards to how long I should expect my order to be processed and shipped including delivery time and it says 1-3 weeks for custom orders even less time for non custom orders. However I have waited twice as long as that before I decided to contact customer service to find out what was going on with my order. I did get a response from customer support saying that they will check with the wearhouse on my order status. They sent another email saying that it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks and sent another follow up email. They said that it would be shipped 1-2 days. I waited 4 days and sent another email. They provided two tracking numbers of which only one shows any movement in the past couple days. I have been getting emails to review the quality of the product. I still haven't received anything because it is still on the way... I'm not sure what to expect at this point. But I will be happy to levae another review upon actually recieving my product. I really wanted to order another one but so far I am not sure if I can handle this whole process again. If and when I receive my product I will be happy to give a quality review. This is simply my experience so far. I do hope that the product will exceed my expectations, but at this point in my experience I am afraid that I will be highly dissatisfied. I hope that they prove me wrong. I should know in the next week or so.

Delivery was fast but the doll had the wrong head. Also, I didn't get an extra head!
