So far, so good. My girl and I ordered our doll Samantha (demon girl), and we completely forgot to pick out the free additional head. I emailed them, and within two days, everything was solved. The order was changed and shipped out. Can't say anything about the doll it's self yet, but customer service is on point.

Very prompt, tracking number came quickly, am very pleased so far!

I have yet to receive my product, however if l enjoy it, l will be back. The staff was both helpful and encouraging...

Es ist zwar ein wenig schwer da ich kein Englisch kann, dennoch es hat alles Super funktioniert! Doll ist so wie ich es wollte. Nur habe ich zu spät gesehen das es diese Doll auch kleiner gibt! Im ganzen bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dieser Firma! Danke!

Doll is excellent

Great customer service and willing to go above and beyond for customer concerns. Rachelle was great with all my interaction via email. I bought a zelex doll that quality and realism was beyond expected. Definitely a great company to work with. I’m in the US market and received a custom doll from China quicker then expected. The only complaint I would have was I didn’t get a tracking number and I came home to a large beautiful box without totally expecting it. This may have been due to asking for an expedited order, so they shipped it out quicker then normal. And misplaced the shipping info. The whole process took about a month. From order to delivery. Which is awesome be it was custom, on sale, and came a crossed the other side of the world. They also had a generous sale so they where working to catch up on large orders plus the Chinese new year delays.

Joy doll was way more professional than other companies we ever used an the wm doll is omg so soft real like ( others ended up counterfeit I cen see an feel difference ) I was hesitant with joy however shipping made me worried cause it was taking longer but honestly it was in time frame as eta but was so nervous being scammed again but joy didn’t disappoint) only critique was she was lighter than what I expected. I had her as dark tan and she came up really pale. but that’s OK. I know she’s going to be more prone to dying so I had to really watch what I put on her anyway - I was going to do from past experiences -**+**I always wash any lingerie you put on her make sure you get all the dyes out of it and try to stick with your paler colorss my skin is different than the other skins you as WM bodies. White /lighter d you want to go with with WM bodies, blacks darks, all of that bleeds on their skin with and nanoseconds. Realistic than I thought possible yes paint disappears over time but I have found waterproof make up fills in quite nicely. She is so meaty and soft. It’s amazing life like however, my wife cannot move her without her (wife) nails causing damage. She’s very delicate so caution and it is a full on body workout !!!!!thicker like a snicker you’re going to pay. She is heavy but omg life like (holes are better alighted than competitors dolls) joy am wm my wife is already designing her next wife lol
