Problem with communications. Still concerned that I have not controlled delivery date.

This was a difficult. long and painful experience which eventually ended with a full refund, allowing me to reedit my initial (very harsh) review. The company is legit - that is proven. Their products are genuine and original, however they are in complete mess regarding website presentations, product preparation and sending procedures. The customer support requires a huge amount of patience and attention from a customer. It seems they have trouble to coordinate issues with the factory they cooperate to. At least they are open to logical and proven arguments. My doll's body was far too heavy and with no body painting - something wrong happened during a quality control. The most annoying thing was the customer's support notorious references to the factory ("they said this", "they did that" an so on) as if not JLD was supposed to be a responsible entity. The final conclusion is: buying from them carries some risk - if you are lucky enough you may get a prime quality product for a competitive price. Read carefully the product's descriptions though, make a screenshots and remember: most photos are of silicone body, but the official price is of regular TPE - to get what you see on photos, you must pay much, much more (dive into details on their webpage)! The quality between TPE and silicone is insane - TPE is like a crude piece of rubber and also less durable, but the silicone reflects a natural skin with impressive realism, especially with a realistic body painting (shades, spots, veins etc.).

Was a lil skeptical at first and I was right to be first they got the wig wrong and sent over 3 that weren't even close to the product I asked without the vein / body details the head that had the implants eye lashes and eye brows didn't come with the s-tpe feature and is kinda rock hard impossible for oral I did receive the product none the less just beware folks and make sure they know what u want exactly

Took a long time to get it to me. Longer than your policy states I believe. Has a small cut on left forearm and the anus is messed up so bad it would cause me serious damage to use it. Grease stains and metal shavings on doll upon arrival.

Let's just say that my expectations were much higher than the result. It's my first doll so I was charmed by the false representation and the excellent commentaries. Rebeca is still a beautiful doll, but to say that she looks the same as in the photos is absurd, even with the realistic body makeup. Looking at her face, although pretty, I can't recognize her. Her measurements aren't very realistic, and I also find her mouth a bit miniaturized. I'm not sure there's really gel in her breasts. I've got a lot more to say, but the bottom line is there. She's still got positives and I'm going to try to look at her that way. I had a good communication service, and I received in the box several very appreciated extras, three extra wigs, two removable vaginas and a pair of eyes. I won't hide the fact that I was disappointed all the same, in my opinion there's a lot of work to be done before there's any real semblance of realism.

The initial steps to ordering my desired doll were ok. I couldn’t get to see all of the dolls and I had to go back and forth to get the dolls to load on the website. For some reason the site can be difficult to navigate once you really start getting into what you are looking to order. Thankfully I was able to find a doll I like it just took lot of work to do it. When I tried to check out ,I had to load the check out page in different browsers, and via desk top, and via browser apps but I was eventually able to pay. I remember hitting the checkout button multiple times and not getting any response. Like I said it took traveling to different browsers, and making an account to save my carted items and reloading different pages multiple times. Once I checked out I did get an immediate response via email regarding the details of my order. I got multiple emails actually giving me a step by step on what to expect. It was nerve racking at first because this is my first time buying a doll and I have heard and seen so many things about scams and untrustworthy sites. The Comunication helped calm my nerves a lot, this company does not answer the phone but they do get back to emails pretty well. Those emails look professional and the words are warm and calming. Anyways I just got an email about 2 mins ago saying that my doll is on the way.I have waited a full month for this email now I will probably have to wait 3 days for delivery. I will be back for another rating once I get the doll. If I get the doll I ordered for the price I paid I will be a happy customer. The site offered great looking holiday discounts I just hope it’s not a scam or a rip off. I did order the doll just before Christmas so I would imagine the holiday could have made things stressful but I don’t know. I ordered on the 10th of December 2024 and I’m getting an email about delivery on the 6th of January 2025. More to come once I get the doll Happy New Year! Update: The doll was delivered to my company and stored away on January 2nd 2025. No one from the office was aware that I had not been notified. I received information via email from JLD on January 6th 2025 that said my package had shipped on December 27th 2024. I had to search the office and I found a doll. The doll in the box does not look like the doll in the picture. I don’t know if that’s because of the discount on the website or not but I have emailed JLD. I am waiting to see what they say, I don’t mind paying more money for what is in the picture but what I received does NOT look good😕😟😷. More to come……… The company emailed me offering $200 and extra parts.I did not accept spare parts like an extra head, or a wig, or paint and makeup. I don’t want the doll either I am looking to sell the unused doll at the moment.

Edit 21 october : Received new doll from the factory it's still not the one i wanted but they said it's impossible to do the model i asked ..... That not even funny false advertissing .. Sry but my experience wasn't that great even if i could chose a new doll as compensation . The factory guy(girl sry not sure with the name) and the support girl were nice at least so i went from 1stars to 3 stars. Send me a doll white/pinkish instead of tan , the doll have one leg shorter, the genital were wide open when i unpacked, scratchs on legs, few on back and lower belly, no authenticity certification, breast are empty instead of gel, body makeup (realistic body makeup) missing both head have the wrong connection to install on body. Customer service told me my doll is tan depend on day and luminosity when she's white/pinkish when i put her near my Bronze skin doll sure they like to take customer for ignorant customer and i stay polite.

It was not a smooth sailing for me from the order process to the shipping. Product shippment was unexpectedly delayed with no proper communication. Shipment was horrible as I received the shipment tracking when the shipment was half way. Customer service was very lazy with what they were answering back as often the question rsidrd was never addressed.
